Really happy with the shopping experience. I bought a few items from them and had them shipped all the way to Romania and they arrived quite fast. Had some problems with one of the packages and Chris the owner was very fast in getting back to me and I solving the problem. Haven’t tried yet any of the products so can’t comment on that but looking forward to it.

Great service responded to queries before order was placed. Delivery went fine, one glass votive was broken, quick email and it was sorted and received replacement in the post a few days later. Would highly recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough about this company and their team. This has been a great purchase, as it started off with a online enquiry, but as I get frustrated with texting back and forth I decided to ring and speak with someone. The chap I spoke with (Chris) was very helpful in that I knew what I wanted but was unsure about what size would be best for me and my family, after discussing which one and what would be best for me and the family, he said that they might even make the last delivery slot as the driver was running 5 minutes late lol, sorry but just had to have a little chuckle at this as after I made the purchase, I hadn’t realised the chaos I had just caused, in that I had only given them 5 minutes to pick and prepare the order to be dispatched so credit where credit is due thanks to you and your team at bell tent Sussex, as when I had rang back to see if they managed to get it out on the last delivery, I was put at ease with a panting and slightly out of breath Chris telling me that they managed. This review should of been done ages ago but through one thing or another I never got round to it, to which the cramp in my thumbs are well deserved as by the time I will have sent this it will of been deleted and re-wrote 3 times from my phone. What I can definitely say and take with me is that I found a excellent company that goes above and beyond to help their customers, so I personally will be using bell tent Sussex and only them for everything bell tent related, from advice to accessories and gear. Once again thank you belltentsussex.

This company is .... The best. The service they provide is 100 times better than anyone can expect. After a week's hard work to get my tent delivered to me in Spain, they still don't give up when we have to deal with slow lazy and many times, stupid people in the Spanish border control or FedEx. The tent is on it's way back but still they are working hard to help me get my tent. 10 stars to you guys.
