Chris Burns from Bell Tent Sussex went above and beyond the call of duty to help resolve a matter relating to couriers and delivery. I emailed the team on Sunday about this issue and I got a very prompt response back the same day. Chris did everything he could, including calling the couriers themselves, at the next availability opportunity, to see if anything could be done to resolve the issue. I really appreciated this effort and was kept well informed throughout the process. I ended up receiving my item the same day Chris reached out to the couriers, which I don’t believe was a coincident. 10 out of 10 stars from me!

Excellent Company, I have lived in my 4 Mtr Bell tent for 14 months, at the bottom of my parents garden, there 93 and I can keep an eye on them. I adore my bell tent, I have all the luxury I need, I’m warm and cosy. Me and Bell have been through -7 wind, rain snow, without any problems. Highly recommended.
