Just ordered 3 x 3 metre bell tents for our bell tent hire business, Bears & Butterflies. Ordering was simple, straightforward and delivery was efficient. The bell tents are strong, durable and robust with a few extras that are a nice touch. I would recommend Bell Tent Sussex for all glamping products.

I great product, let down by delivery times/issues. I ordered a tent, inner tent, stove, stove adapter all together (and all listed as in stock). I was then called to say there were stock issues, and it then took several more weeks for the delivery to arrive, only to notice that the inner and the stove adapter werent in the delivery. This took another few days to sort out, with a delivery company that failed to deliver the items, meaning a 30 mile round trip. Thankfully I am able to get it all before a planned trip, but I have to hope it all works and nothing else is missing.

I have a 4m tent with a porch, the service from the team was amazing, a lovely friendly little company. We've been away camping several times and the tent is fantastic, so glad i went for it. Its a great choice for a family as you get room in the tent for four to sleep, then the porch area for your gear. We've put our stove in the porch area and it feels a safer solution than in the tent with the kids. Lots of height, great quality stuff, all the way down to the very substantial pegs!

The communication with this company is great. They answered technical questions for me and helped give me advice towards the right purchase

I recently spent 4 weeks at the gypsy pilgrimage at St Marie de la mer in the varmargue region of France camping in a Sussex Bell tent every night...the experience was wholly satisfactory..the first week the mistral wind blew night and day at one point 100 km per hour...the second and third weeks saw intermittent thunderstorms and the tent was fully waterproof...it was also remarkably mosquito free with few able to gain access..I can highly recommend this tent for all conditions..it was also very easy to erect and dismantle...even singlehandedly once the routine was established...deffo a 5 star experience

It's a great website, with all the info I needed and positive reviews to give me confidence in making my purchase. I spent a long time researching all the different suppliers of bell tents in the UK and what kind of tent to buy as an upgrade from my original 3m bell tent. I decided to go for an emperor tent from Bell Tent Sussex, as it had all the features, thickness of material and quality I was looking for. I am not disappointed!! Very pleased with my purchase so far! Quite honestly, I'm in love with this tent... My plan is to keep the tent up in my garden from Spring until late Autumn. I hope the tent will cope with the long term pitches (my smaller tent seems to be fine after withstanding the Welsh winter....) However I think it would be wise to take the larger tent down over winter. That being said, having the option of adding a stove does give me more potential. Ordering was a smooth and easy transaction. I did get a small discount on my tent which I can't tell you how much I appreciated! The emporer tent arrived very quickly indeed! I was very impressed with the service all-round. I do check back in to the website now and then to look at glamping accessories..... I've signed up to their mailing list as well. Anyways, it's a recommendation from me - thank you so much!!

Wonderful service! I had a lot of questions before I purchased our tent and I received answers promptly. Very knowledgeable staff and delivery was fantastic. The tent was a surprise for my husbands birthday and they kindly covered all wording and branding from the box so my husband wouldn’t spot it.
