After planning a complete lifestyle change, (going off grid in a field with 3 children) I purchased a 5M belltent with stove & fireproof mat, the service from start to finish was impeccable, Chris (who dealt with my order) went above and beyond the call of duty, regular contact and updates on deliveries/shipping, plus answering my many questions along the way. I received my order the next day, instructions were clear and easy to follow, the quality of this yurt style home is faultless, and I can't wait to order from here again as we'll soon need more supplies for autumn and winter. Looking at ordering a front porch very soon! 10/10

Wow what can I say our bell tent was absolutely amazing, it completely made our bank holiday weekend. We are so pleased with our bell tent from bell tent Sussex the whole family is in love with it! Our highlander 304 stove was on each morning with our water heater which we could not be without, getting it started is the best part, and it’s so well made. I’m currently sat inside our bell tent in the garden just looking at the canvas, it is just stunning. Thanks for all the help, Michaela was so polite and helpful we are so happy we went with Bell Tent Sussex!

Bell tent was purchased on the Wednesday and arrived Thursday the next day. Kids are just completely made up they love it more than we do, the coir flooring just makes it, so happy we went with Bell Tent Sussex, we did so much research these guys were super helpful and their customer service was spot on. Bell tent quality from canvas to pegs and the coir flooring is A1, couldn’t ask for more thank you so much guys for making our bank holiday weekend so special! We are in love with our bell!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Dealt with Chris Burns who was very helpful, answered all my questions and gave advice and guidance when required. Kept in touch until delivery and ironed out any post delivery questions- I’m not a bell tent expert but all good quality products and quite easy to assemble. Highly recommended.

Really, really, really good bell tents. Quality is amazing- service is second to none- just at the end of the phone if you need to talk or even instant chat. The tent is super easy to put up, within half an hour for the first time (I am not a D.I.Y'er at all either!). Instructions are really easy to follow. The tent folds down nicely back into the bag without any use of curse words!! Really impressed with the tents, all our friends commented on how nice it is, can even stand up in there too which is an added bonus. Love our ball tent.
