By far the best prices for ssd drives and they had knowledge customer services when my pc crashed halfway through making an order. Will use again.

Ordered on 3-July, no item received, both agreed to cancelled. Contacted WAE+ many times (phone and email) but still no refund made. Have to contact credit card dispute teams for solving the issue.

This store appears to be nothing but a scam, collecting payments for items allegedly "in-stock" when this is plainly not the case. Upon cancelling my order after receiving various misleading messages that they are trying their best to procure the ordered (in-stock) item I received a message that it would take 30days to refund the payment. So my conclusion is they sit on the funds for a period that accrues interest and they make money this way if they can't actually deliver on a promise of timely delivery of an in-stock item. I understand that to take 30days to refund a purchase governed by distance selling regulations is actually an offence in the sales of goods act. It's about time people in the UK initiated some class action lawsuits, especially against rogue traders such as WAE+.

Once Found and easy site to use and will definitely be shopping again with you, as have a daughter and son starting uni shortly

Often come up with the cheapest prices on many items. It pays to check back daily to see whats been added/reduced. My only issue are the delivery times, it can takes a couple of weeks for the item to be delivered. But if your prepared to wait and save money at the same time, then I can't fault this company.

Price for SD card was very good. Downside is the slow dispatch (i.e. took 2 weeks).

Product was very competitively priced and very well protected in packaging. Took a while for it to be dispatched (4 working days) but was not a problem in this instance. Received two days after dispatch. Very happy - would not hesitate to use again. Thank you WAE+ :-)!

I bought this space hopper for my 4 year old son who was desperate to have one but just too small for a regular sized hopper. This was perfect. It's the right size for a pre-schooler and the 'antennae' handles make it easy for him to manoeuvre. I have one very happy/hoppy little boy!

The website was clear and the price very competitive. This review is only of the shopping experience as I have only just placed the order -and it is on this one point that I see a key issue. The website front page states "We fulfill most orders within 2-3 working days unless specialist or bulk quantities are required." However when I went to place the order I was then informed "10-12 Working Days"... which means it could easily be two weeks! I will wait and see what happens, as prompt delivery (the originally stated 2-3 working days) is definitely more preferable. Who orders on-line and then waits 2 weeks? Hopefully I am wrong!

I am a bussiness customer and I tried so many times (6 times n three days) to get a bulk order qoute from this company but no one is responsible. Just imagine you want to order and this is the reply what if we have problem and want to disscuss the replacment or refund...OMG!

I've attempted to order two products from this company. On both occasions the website said the item was in stock and billed me immediately. However, both times my order was "Awaiting fulfillment" for weeks. They do not contact you to explain delays, and when you contact them they either ignore you or you get palmed off with stock phrases like "your order has been delayed but we are expecting a delivery to the warehouse in the next couple of days". I cancelled my first order after a month, and second order after nearly three weeks. The refund can take 30 days. I'm not sure whether this is a scam (bank interest on early payment?), or just incompetence, but just buy elsewhere. Also dodgy, the website provides no obvious means to get in touch regarding an existing order - you have to pretend there's an error placing a new order to get a contact form.

Basically, I don't have much to say apart from the fact that this company is so inexpensive, and easy to purchase from. Shame they don't have PayPal although there were no problems paying by card.
