United Kingdom | 01 July 2013I went on line to buy a particular ear piece for my hands free experience of my new phone and it cost me £31,50 for it, and then I found the free delivery time to be 5 to 15 days and I thought thats not too bad, well I recieved my ear piece today 1st July, 32 working days after purchase, bareing in mind that does not include the weekends, it makes it 43 days if you count the weekends, really not good customer service.

United Kingdom | 01 July 2013I ordered a GPU cooler from them, based on the website saying they were in stock and after a week of no communication or delivery of item I logged in to find the order was awaiting fulfilment. I contacted customer services to be told the product was not in stock and they were waiting for delivery from their European supplier, but they never bothered to tell me this at the time of ordering and I had paid extra for express shipping. Eventually they refunded my shipping but I'm still waiting for the GPU Cooler.

United Kingdom | 01 July 2013I ordered my Synology NAS server and WD hard drive on 3rd of Jun. Paid for it straight away. On their website both items were in stock. However, after two weeks they failed to deliver and after my enquiry they said the NAS server was not in stock and had to be dispatched from "some" European warehouse? I very much doubt that warehouse actually exists! Anyway, I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. That was on the 18th of Jun. They also emailed me saying the order could not be refunded as it was already dispatched and I should refuse it on delivery. As of today, the 1st of July, nothing has turned up at my doors, nor have I been refunded. They emailed me today the same thing about receiving my order soon but no actual date was mentioned! I think they do this trick of holding your money to help themselves with their cashflow! Practically, they are thieves! Stay clear! UPDATE: It is 11th of August and I have not been refunded as yet! The goods showed up on 5th July which I refused on delivery as advised by WAE. They say they received it back on 9th July. As per their T&C they have another 30 days to refund. That date passed on 8th August! They do not honour any promise they make!!! I am now seeking advice how to report it to police. I have been robbed by WAE+

I payed for 1-3 working days delivery but they just keep saying there will be a delivery to there warehouse soon. if its not in stock to be delivered with 1-3 days then they shouldn't give you false hope and say it will be with you!!! Useless, will not be using this site again.

A Phone call later and I find that they have no stock of the floor cleaning robot. After 5 weeks? Only one word... Useless!

United Kingdom | 01 July 2013Made a big order on WAE+. As I shopped about I could save a few pound buying from there. The expected delivery date was longer than I'd hoped which was dissapointing. Since I put the order in it's said 'Awaiting Fulfilment' which suggests to me they don't have the stock? Over a week passed the delivery date now and I've received no communication from them and I'm yet to have a response on my ticket. If I could go back I would have bought the stock from a reputable dealer and not had all the hassle. The saving isn't worth it. I expect I will cancel the order and have a refund in the next day or 2 if no development. Very poor service. My advice would be to avoid buying from them.
