Good site with wide selection of products and low prices. Slight problem delivery charge, came up as free delivery on item but delivery charged at checkout - will need to call customer service about that. Otherwise, a good site.

I ordered a Cisco Network Switch which was advertised as in stock and cheaper than any other supplier I could find, but after 2 weeks I called to see where it was and I was told it was on it's way, but will take a week to get to me. Every time I called I got the same reply, so almost 6 weeks after placing the order I cancelled and then had to wait 2 weeks for a refund. Disgusting customer service and will avoid like the plague.

Great prices and offers however payment is a bit of a struggle. Enabling PayPal would make it so much easier to order. This is why I have given its four stars. I found the best price for the item I wanted on this site for a good amount.

I found it difficult to narrow the search to find exactly what I was looking for. on this occasion I was trying to find a kids bubble machine and all other kinds of stuff irrelevant stuff appeared in front of me. apart from that I felt the range of items were good with options to suit everyone s pocket.

Competitive on pricing but I found the website tricky to navigate and with loads of annoying pop-up flags that kept getting in my way. I very nearly bought the stuff I needed from another slightly more expensive outlet, but I persevered and got there in the end. I am still waiting for my goods to arrive so cant comment any further.

Originally ordered an item that I cancelled, was no hassle whatsoever. Just ordered 2 more items very competitive prices. I haven't received the items yet obviously as I've just ordered them but I have every confidence they'll be awesome

I don't know how good this will be. First time, mixed reviews on Web. Long wait for delivery without paying anything extra. Will see if it's worth saving £6.50 over price of the same item from DABS.COM with half waiting time.

Surprise one - nice low price and free post. Surprise two - apparently no way to reduce delivery time of 7-9days whichever option (including paid) was chosen. Most eBay sellers can deliver good price and free delivery within a day or two - WAE have some catching up to do in this area. Surprise three - item shipped with EU power supply and adaptor and German only manual.

This is without doubt the worst outfit I've ever dealt with. They failed on two promised delivery schedules, refused a refund (advised me to reject the courier delivery) and now it looks like I need to get the OFT involved to get my money back. They're cheap, yes. There's a reason for that. Avoid.

Cheap as chips, but unfortunately it arrived two days late. Total delivery time was three weeks. Good and cheap products if you can find them from the confusing website.

So the prices look attractive do they? Well of course they should. Any beneficial factor you see from purchasing from this company is all a ploy to lead you into the sale, and once you've paid, it'll be a VERY long time until you see your money again. I purchased a computer fan seeing as it was £5 cheaper than all the other websites. Payment goes through and they advised it could possible take up to 10-14 business days to receive it. 25 business days later I decide to query. Only to receive a reply 3 days after stating "i'm sorry, we no longer stock this item" kind of email. You'd think would remove the advertisement if they hadn't any in stock but oh no... as I say, they'll take your money even if they don't physically have the item. Anyways, they said it would take up to 30 working days for me to receive a refund. I'm glad it was only £9 rather than £200 I "WAS" going to spend on a motherboard. So once again, stay smart and stay well away from this joke of a company.

Took longer than antipated to arrive but was informed of despatch.

Ordered month ago order still in awaiting fulfillment... Called them twice gave me some rubbish about they have problems with supplies. When you call them do not believe what they say, they will keep coming up with excuses. Stock level was fine when I ordered. One word summary: AVOID!

Good range of tech goods for on-line shopping. Pity the telephone service is not as good as I was told to order on-line as there was some problem with the phone system. First order so will wait and see the results.
