The e-travel sim did what we needed. Good access to internet when we didn’t have WiFi. Purchased Vinaphone credit so we could make local calls as needed.

This is very convenience. I was able to activate my esim before I travel to vietnam. Data was fast. I bought 15gb plan and used up quickly in a week. I ended up buying 120gb with calling plan.

The coverage in Hanoi/Sapa is quite good. Stability could be improved

I had purchased 30 days unlimited data plan. I installed the eSim before I flight to Vietnam, however I couldn’t activate the eSim after I arrived Vietnam. I contacted the staff through WhatsApp. They are very helpful, and gave me 10 days unlimited eSim to temporarily replace my 30 days SIM card. 10 days later, I contacted them for my 30 days SIM card activated, however the issue couldn’t resolve, so they gave me two 10 days unlimited data esim to replace my old 30 days unlimited data plan. I am very happy their service. The network I very good, I have been travelling 5 different cities, the network is very good.

When I purchased an esim I had difficulty in making it work. The response was excellent from Gigago, I got immediate answers to my questions and assistance to get the esim to work. Top marks for service.

I bought the GIGA15 - Vietnam eSIM 15GB - 30 days Installation through QR code went fine (Samsung S23) Activation upon arrival at Saigon worked first time Phone number and coverage was OK all through my travel. I had still lots of GB left when we left (after 20 days) All good for me

Gigago was easy to set up, had fantastic reception and was overall great value for money. They included a document you could download to your phone, with instructions as well as solutions for any issues that could potentially arise. Our holiday was split across Sa Pa, Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh & Hanoi and we had reception across all of those destinations including on the various bus trips we had to take to get to them.
