Good price, very easy install, and very easy activation. Even if the SIM is bought a few days in advance, activation must be through SMS. No issues whatsoever. Many times it had a stronger network than the other hotspot we brought in the trip.

Gigago eSim was very easy to use once setup. The only small issue at the beginning was the download speed that was very slow. Might take 15 - 30 minutes. I didn’t know it took that long so I remove the app thinking that it might not work as I was một yet in Vietnam. After contacting support through WhatsApp, I patiently waited for the download. I received all instant support through WhatsApp which was so helpful. Once arriving Vietnam, I turned the line on at the airport while on line for immigration. It took a few minutes for the line to be on. Thankfully the WiFi at Tan Son Nhut airport on that day was good. Once the line was on, everything worked perfectly. I also paid to add voice data. Gigago eSim was excellent except for the download time and a few minutes to turn it on. I noticed that eSim stopped working at the airport the day I depart from Vietnam although I still have plenty of data left. Why did eSim stop working at the airport on my departure day? I could not call or use email or WhatsApp at the airport while waiting for my flight. That was inconvenient.

The eSIM was perfect for my recent trip to Vietnam. Having it already set up meant I had access to the internet as soon as I landed, which was handy for getting transport from the airport as well as ordering food (both on Grab). It saved time by not having to buy a SIM card on arrival. I was there for 16 days so got the 16-day plan. I still had plenty of data left by the time I left Vietnam, and it worked perfectly the whole time.
