I enjoyed the large selection frames direct had to offer. Prices were competitive. I was happy they didn’t take a long time to processing my order before they were actually shipped out.

I looked ALL OVER for my specific frames because the screw finally gave out on my old pair and I wanted to swap frames. FramesDirect had them! They were cheap, delivery was quick and everything went off without a hitch! Cannot recommend more.

Broke my frame and found only replacement for lenses with FramesDirect- also highly regarded company by optometrist. It did take longer than the 2-3 days to ship the frames but they did arrive and lenses placed. Glad to know your company exists- frames significantly less costly than my original forms and there is good variety

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! They will take your money and give you low quality products. I spend 1000$ and both my glasses broke within two months. They won’t help with anything. PLEASE STAY AWAY DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!! I ordered a pair of name brand Gucci frames on 11/24/24 that showed to be in stock. Payment $345.00 was accepted right away, and everything standard but it's been over 60 days now and I just keep getting notifications that the frames are on back order. Going to ask for a refund at this point. Hope that's not an issue. What a waste of my time. Do your research buy instore or from vender that offers live order tracking.
