I finally found my frames! I have been looking for these frames for at least a year. I couldn’t get them thru my eye doctor and even Persol no longer had them. I could find the right color but wrong size or wrong color but right size, but never the right color and right size. Frames Direct for the win! These are my go to frame style and I needed another pair of frames to be aback-up pair with some previously made lenses. These are my go to if my primary glasses have been misplaced and will go with me when traveling if a backup pair is needed. I am so excited and have appreciated the Frames Direct personal touch from day one…keeping me aware of status, inquiring on lenses need and following up after delivered. I was concerned that based on the photograph of the model wearing these frames that they might be too big. Not the case and lightweight also.

on dec. 3rd i ordered a pair of oakley airdrop eyeglasses. they shipped in less than a week however the package tracking wasnt showing my package moving. i contacted customer service and after they investigated they decided my package weas lost. they gave me two options ...refund or we can maake a new pair but if you get the other pair youll have to return 1. i chose that and during all this my lost package was found, i received the original package today. perfect fit and look. the other pair should arrive tomorrow which leads me to believe they put a rush on this second pair so id have them quickly. customer service was great as they updated me with my options and package status etc. i couldnt be happier with frames direct and will brag about them to others.

More than a month turn around for a simple prescription is completely unacceptable when the quoted time line is 10 business days. Customer service is appalling with no explanation for delays and inability to connect to Customer service management. I was a repeat Customer and now never use this Company again.
