Too expensive for older version frames. I found them for half the price on another site. :-(

Order number 2038388 I appreciated the updates throughout the ordering process, I got an email not only confirming my order but also informing me about fulfillment times and the like. Fulfillment and receipt of item were smooth and fairly quick & I chose the least expensive fulfillment option so that was nice. Glasses are nice, too. The only reason I didn't give the full five stars is because I guess I confused myself when ordering. I thought I was ordering Polarized sunglasses... there was an icon that appeared that said 'POLARIZED' when the product was selected, thus I assumed the product would come in with the appropriate lenses. When I got the sunglasses, they weren't polarized. I realized the Ray Ban logo would have a P next to it, too, if they had been. So, all-in-all, a little bit of a confusing process in determining whether or not you're ordering polarized vs. non-polarized. Maybe make no mention of polarization in the product unless it is? Just a suggestion. Otherwise, would recommend this online store.

TERRIBLE company and horrible customer service. I placed an order for some sunglasses and after 4-5 months of pulling me along, they kept saying they are getting the sunglasses and that never happened. They continued to reassure me falsely and would not provide any concession for dragging me along and it was not easy to demand and obtain a refund given that they NEVER delivered the Oakley sunglasses that I ordered. STAY AWAY, my neighbor also had a poor experience with this horrendous company. There are many other reputable companies out there, Frames Direct does NOT deserve loyal patrons. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.

I ordered Costa sunglasses from Frames Direct. They arrived quickly, and in excellent condition. The best part is that they were 25% less on Frames Direct than they were on the Costa website! I would order from here again.

After Target Optical and Vogue Eyewear warranties both failed me on a pair of brand new frames that were warped and as a result would not stay level, I searched for another pair online, found Frames Direct, great price and everything came out great with my new lenses post cataract surgery being swapped out. Still upset that neither Vogue or Target Optical would fix the issue of receiving a frame in March being warped, but thanks to Frames Direct, all is good.
