Purchased an LG wash tower. The product itself is great and well worth it. The review though is about the service received. Ordered a few days before Christmas and was called to offer delivery the next day! I also got £400 off the price, not offered elsewhere which is why I went for this company. Fantastically quick and amazing delivery guys, too. Although not part of the official service, they helped take the packaging to my rubbish bins for our apartment and offered to take out the old appliance for it’s collection that was scheduled later with another provider.Raj and Curtis went above and beyond. As the face of your company, you ought to be commended for being so friendly and helpful - thank you!

I recently made a substantial purchase from Appliance Electronics, buying a couple of sound bars as Christmas gifts. To my surprise, I was contacted by their customer service team who insisted that it was mandatory for me to unpack these sound bars and take photos of them working correctly upon delivery. This request seemed unreasonable, especially since these were meant to be gifts. I reached out to customer service to discuss this requirement, even offering a formal written promise via email that I would not hold them responsible for any damage claims, a standard precaution they mentioned for unpacking items. Unfortunately, my request was not only denied, but the refusal was conveyed in a rather strict and somewhat aggressive manner. It was made clear that it was mandatory to unpack and check all components, including two sound bars, two subwoofers, and four speakers. This demand seemed absurd and overly burdensome. Despite my hesitations about the delivery due to this interaction, I must commend the delivery team. The two gentlemen who delivered the order were extremely kind and efficient. They respected my wish not to open the order, which I had communicated to them directly, and completed their job professionally. However, the customer service experience left much to be desired. Their approach was arrogant, and following our disagreement, they simply chose to ignore my further communications. While the delivery process was excellent, the customer service was notably poor, leading to a disappointing overall experience with Appliance Electronics. Two stars.

The LG fridge/freezer was perfect THE DELIVERY CERTAINLY WAS NOT, They left the fridge by my double french doors which took them more than 30 minutes to bring in , they wanted to unwrap the fridge outside in the rain and then get me to sign a disclaimer that if my property or the FRIDGE or indeed they injured themselves it would be my fault, the driver was a rude ignorant man and i will never ever use this company again because of him, the absolute arrogance was unbelievable. VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL.
