Terrible. No more to say, they scheduled a delivery day that I’m not in they make me wait 10 days for a new delivery date. I call the customer service and get told ‘We are to busy to answer emails’ that’s why they haven’t responded to them.

I have not received my delivery yet I have emailed, tried contacting the company via emails with no response. Customer service extremely poor and can not find a working contact number all I want to do is arrange my delivery!!! If the other reviews are anything to go by I suggest companies using your services seriously think again. Absolutely shocking

Hi, I have received my order today and there is visible damage to the boxes and visible damage to one of the wardrobe panels. The boxes have shoe prints all over and one of the boxes is open so possibly missing parts. Disappointed in the delivery service provided. The first delivery slot was confirmed as 12/01 8am-11am, I waited in all day only to receive a call at 8:30pm asking if they could deliver in 3 hours, which is not acceptable . I then awaited a new slot which first came through as 22/01 8am-11am, which was then cancelled on the day. The delivery that arrived today has clearly been mistreated.

Waited nearly 2 weeks for delivery told it would be a certain day and time never showed . Told another day and time was late ( rang up told it had been delivered and signed for ) it had not and was told tracker said it had . Told they were going to try and sort it out and would probably take 2 or 3 days . Got a call an hour later saying they were on their way . Around boxes all damaged , not a good experience at all .

If I could give it a minus I would! Let down 3 times, website has unknown number on it, no response to any emails, still waiting for the delivery to be cancelled a 4th time! Unreliable, and useless, avoid at all cost.

Well I ordered from ebay Thursday Night and I had a phone call from the delivery team on new years eve asking if I was in cause they had a delivery for me. Talk about speedy service, first class on a delivery service they provide 👏

Worst ever experience, If I can give minus that what they deserve. Driver was rude n made racist comment. Original delivery time confirmed 1000-1300. When contacted, No response. Driver contacted 18:41, arrived 30 minutes later. I raised concern, he threatened, i will not deliver n took it back.

No problems at all with my order. Scheduled for delivery between 8-11am. Arrived at 10a.m after having received a phone call first to say they were 20mins away. Polite men who put the flatpack in our garage as I requested.

Very polite delivery men, I was surprised they were able to deliver with all the snow. The person that came into our house even took his shoes off so as not to walk in the snow. This was not at my request, but I thought it was a very kind gesture and respectful. The communication on delivery time could have been better with less than 24hrs notice they were delivering the next day.

I would give minus stars if possible! Product delivered damaged and when I asked the driver he said contact the seller It nowseems it was damaged by the driver or GS logistics directly Try not to use them!!!

The table was delivered 4.5 hours late and I had arranged for somebody to build it, so I incurred further costs. When the table pieces were removed from the box they were damaged. Nobody has responded to my emails to try to find a resolve. Very poor, shoddy service with products to match. I will not use this company again.

Especially went to wait for delivery at daughter's house for 9-12. I did have one email saying it would then be 2-3 hours late. It eventually arrived at 6pm with damaged boxes and was dropped on entry so hopefully the content is ok. Will go back today to see. Absolutely terrible.

I had a very poor experience with this company. They have delivered my bed since 5/10/22 and to this date they have not assemble it. I will raise my hand as I thought that they recycle things and didn’t remove the base when they first came. I tried to book for another appointment and the last time I spoke to someone they were very rude and treated me like I was some kind of dirt. DO NOT USE THEM.

I would leave no stars if that was an option, this is the worst experience i've had with a delivery firm. Have now cancelled my furniture delivery as i cannot bare the thought of dealing with them. Delivery confirmed today Monday 5th December between 8am - 11am. No live tracking confirmed as detailed. Driver called to say he was ten mins away then called back to say it was not on the Van and to call office. Could not reach customer services despite numerous attempts constantly on hold for 6mins until it cuts off. Called my supplier who gave me a number which turned out to be the owners personal number which he was furious about and shouted at me down the phone saying the order was on the Van.... it then took until 3pm with numerous calls and never a call back to determine that the order was not on the van an wouldn't be delivered. I have sat in an empty flat all day and taken a day off. Absolute shambles of a company and so rude!!

What a great delivery service, Got my timeslot of 3-6 (didn't arrive until 9:15) but the drivers were polite, helpful and apologise for being late - These two delivery drivers are a credit to the company.

Shocking shocking delivery company wasted time off work for a delivery that never came not once but 7 times over a month period then for the delivery to be cancelled completely. Cannot get through the phone line cuts out after 10 minutes. Nothing but terrible.

Awful communication around when the delivery would happen. Two emails with time windows given which never happened, no email response and nobody picked up the phone despite many attempts.
