Absolutely brilliant my son was over the moon he got it for his 12th birthday , everything we needed was in the box very happy!!

My son had been saving up for a gaming pc and wanted to buy first one he could afford in currys which was 799 a litte bit of research and managed to get him a similar spec one from veno saving 250 and he is over the moon with it. Quick and easy ordering and installation

The PC arrived as described fully installed and ready to run, peripherals are good quality and while the option we got does have older components at the lower end of the price scale, it works well and with some online assistance I have managed to set up the graphics card to run the games as described in the run tests on the website. Additionally - it looks awesome!

I was looking for a new gaming PC as my old one was very outdated and clunky. I am not tech minded by any means so I decided to buy a pre-built and came across a Ryzen 7 gaming PC worth £955. I bought it via Amazon and selected standard delivery. Initially, I was only impressed with the PC sent to me as it arrived via next day delivery which was an appreciated touch. However, upon booting the PC up I was met with a glaring issue. The Windows 11 file was corrupted. The PC would log me onto a desktop screen with no taskbar or anything I could click on. No prompt to install Windows 11, nothing…. I tried rebooting the PC and fiddling with the BIOS settings and nothing would work. I emailed the company to raise a ticket and furthermore called in the morning as I was really disappointed that the PC I’d spent £955 was defect to the point I couldn’t use it. This is very poor from an established PC dealership. The lady on the call told me she’s schedule an engineer call the next day as I wasn’t available that given day. That evening I attempted to correct their issue with a bootable USB of my own. One I had to pay for specially to correct their mistake. To my joy my own solution worked and I was able to install a fresh copy of Windows 11 by clearing the entire drive and starting fresh. I had the scheduled call the next day even though the issue was fixed. The technician kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what happened and I felt like he wasn’t too fussed. He said that I could email again to get the Norton security app installed again as I wasn’t at home during the call. My 1 star review is simply because a defect product was sent to me after spending a large amount of money when these things should be tested before being sent out. I understand mistakes happen but I felt very upset with the entire situation and quality of the product.

GPU is alright, not the best though, and the CPU is 12 years old, the motherboard only supports ddr3 and the SSD isn't big enough. for the price of 540 its crazy.

Had a bit of an issue with the pc I had purchased after a couple of days but the problem was sorted fairly quickly. My new pc is running well and I am pleased with my purchase. I would recommend Veno Scorp to others 👍
