Delivery arrived. Screen on PC was broken. Sent email and online chat, no one gets back to you. Not the best really.

great next day delivery great price great value for money and well padded

Had some issues with a PC and they were a great help getting that sorted for me.

Unfortunately, some of the main components were missing from our delivery BUT they sent the remaining bits and bobs out super quickly (the next day) Great service.

Great company, i was considering to buy a pc, after looking through their website, well i bought finally bought 1 and it looks great and runs my games no problem, lovely looking pc, well happy with my pc would recommend.

There calling station doesn’t work and forces the buyer to mail them about any issues. This causes them to wait up to a week to get a response. I still also haven’t gotten my package I bought 2 weeks ago please send them because dpd has returned them to you. I just got a message from them.

I bought a PC from Veno Scorp as I wanted a new PC with a 24GB graphics card. Not many people seemed to be offering an Nvidia 3090 system that meets that memory requirement, but this company still had one on Amazon. Due to a mix-up with the Amazon listing, their 3090 system turned out not to be available after all. They immediately phoned me, and offered me a free upgrade to a more powerful 4080 card since the lack of a 3090 was due to their listing issue, and I appreciated this. The 4080 had a lower graphics card memory (16GB) than I wanted, so the staff member (Aleem) offered a cost-price upgrade from a 4080 to the 4090 to take it back up to 24GB, and walked me through some well-informed advice about how best to build a high quality system around that, all at cost price as well. He showed a strong knowledge of the technology involved, able to advise between the different chipsets, water cooling, SSD vs. M.2, etc. He helped me know what I was getting, and why each component was being advised to me. He was then able to arrange a Saturday delivery to get my new PC to me in fast time. Everything went smoothly. In the meantime, they sent along pictures of the computer being built, and I was kept in the loop at all times as to what stage of the build and soak testing they had completed. (The 4090 is a very large graphics card, requiring a particularly large and unusual case). The machine arrived on time and in fully working condition, and once plugged in, booted up without issues. Based on the quality of the result and the excellent knowledge and communications from Aleem, the employee who advised me and built my PC, I'd be happy to buy another PC from this company.

Excellent fast delivery, good working order. There was a scratch on the back of the monitor but it can't be noticed,maybe due to packaging? Best price online for a starter gaming pc.

The order came quickly. The website is great, it is well-designed and informative helping us to choose what to purchase. The computer we purchased is great, it runs all the games that we have tried effortlessly on the highest resolution settings. The machine looks super sleek, with loads of LED lights that can be controlled via a remote. The PC has 6 fans keeping it very cool with very little noise

The PC was in good condition and proved faster than I thought it would be, considering its reasonable price and age.
