The pc didn't come with the windows it was supposed to on the harddrive and can't take anything above windows 10 haven't had the issue resolved and support haven't been much help.

The PC and Screen are superb. I've not had any issues with either. Both well built and sturdy (although the screen stand could have been a little wider at the base, for those with animals that climb) Very fast service and communication on point. Great job.

Good communication. monitor was out of stock- expected delay but all arrived in time. Happy with the specs and how it runs. Also- Thought leaving the boxes of the parts you pre-install is a nice touch to be able to keep if wanted.

Bought my son’s first gaming PC from here. We’ve had it 1 week and so far no issues at all, perfect for playing Roblox, Minecraft and The Sims 4. Highly recommend this place if you want to avoid spending £1000’s on a PC for someone who is young.

Recently my son’s ageing PC was spending more time in the repair shop than in the house and I decided it was about time to replace it. Like most people, I’m on a budget so having spent several days googling and searching I came across Veno-Scorp. The PC we bought was within my budget, but had far more fancy gubbins (not an official tech term) than some I looked at for a lot more money. He’s now happily running games on highest graphics poss and is still getting great performance. We needed to phone customer support when setting it up as Windows was showing as not having an activation key. The staff were so amazing and helpful and it was quickly resolved. I would definitely recommend this company.
