Great product, and good company, customer service was excellent and reassuring.

My son’s PC, which we bought from Amazon, broke after 2 days. He was gutted because it was his birthday present. I liaised directly with the Veno Scorp to resolve the issue. The person dealing with the issue was marvellous and fixed his PC. A great company and very customer friendly.

I needed advice on a pc within budget which would work for my sons gaming needs and they were extremely helpful. The pc arrived quickly as promised and my son loves it. Very impressed for the price the quality of the pc.

The pc is pure rubbish, so slow it was a joke. Ended up smashing it too pieces. The only time I enjoyed this awful pc. Waste of600.

Easy ordering and fast delivery. Only issue was the chair we ordered wasn't available and we weren't given a reason but it was refunded straight away on the day the computer was dispatched. We've ordered from Veno Scorp before and customer service if any issues to resolve is excellent

Delivery was very quick. Haven't tested the gaming pc kit yet, as this is a gift, but will review once we are up and running. So far all looks good quality components.

Brilliant product and service

We bought 2 computer gaming set ups for our sons. 1 of them fine no issues, the other was sent with the wrong cable for the monitor so if we didn’t have a spare cable (from my sons Xbox) we wouldn’t even be able to use it until they sent the right one. Emailed them the same day, get an email the next day asking for photos of what the cable that was sent (even though I told them) I also included a photo of the monitor the get no response back which I am still waiting for. Everything else is fine no complaints just customer service is slacking.

I had originally ordered online, but found that the specs I went for did not work well for the applications I was using. I then returned my PC & Customer service were brilliant. They advised me with a different PC, which I swapped & it works brilliant with my applications. All round Fantastic service & sound advice. I would definitely recommend the.

Easy to order, easy to set up, delivery in two days, not tried anything too taxing on it, 9yo only plays Roblox and Minecraft and machine plays them brilliantly Can’t recommend Veno Scorp enough
