Right from the setup, the computer consistently overheated, crashed, and delivered poor-quality gaming experiences. I reached out to their support and returned the PC for a refund. However, since sending it back at the beginning of January, I have yet to receive my refund. They have ceased responding to my emails after confirming receipt of the PC. Now, I am forced to escalate my complaint in an attempt to recover my money. I would not recommend buying a PC from Veno Scorp due to the subpar quality upon arrival and the lack of refund after returning it. This company has been very disappointing!!

United Kingdom | 05 February 2025I bought a pc for my daughter back in 2023, recently it stopped working. I knew it was out of warranty and contacted venoscorp asking if they had advice. They said they would take a look at the computer for me and let me know before doing any repairs how much it would cost, leaving me with the option to have the repairs carried out or not. I live locally to the Venoscorp offices and asked if I could drop it off in person. They was more than happy for me to do that. It's now in there awaiting diagnosis and repair. Honestly I have nothing but good things to say about them. Very nice decent people who try their best to keep customers happy. The repairs have been carried out and the computer is running like a dream, my daughter is Autistic and her computer is very important to her. I have nothing but good things to say about this company, the CEO and all the workers are just really lovely people.

I called the support, which pick up lovely lady and immediately set up video call with the technician within 10 minutes. Technician called, we checked everything and he decided to send me new replacement and this I send back. Within two days I had new PC back at my door. The technician send me multiple videos and inform me, all steps andcheck ups with the new pc and confirm that everything running smoothly. Thank you Harry! Absolutely amazing costumer service and great pc for good price.

And I had doubts about my delivery location. And she amended it for me, Very friendly, great prices, simple enough.

United Kingdom | 02 February 2025I bought the 4 together all of them had pair of different company names screen, its fine but the screen was damaged I tried to contact customer care no one is picking up the phone. One of the pc is also damaged not working. Customer support via email has 72hrs response time which is very long time. I would not suggest to anyone who whats to buy it.
