Brought this for Christmas. Set it up it was all running great for the first 20 minutes the turned itself off and will not turn back on . Complete waste of money and have aveyy upset daughter!!!

Purchased via Wowcher, Paid £9.99 for delivery. Excellent communication and next day delivery via DPD. Dell monitor, PC Tower, Keyboard, Mouse, Headset. Windows 10. HDMI port so no need for the monitor. Plugs into his TV. My eldest who is 9. Is able to play his games. So all seems well with the Purchase.

Ordered via website and called to slightly change the spec, advisor on the phone very helpful and we future proofed my purchase with ease, pc came fully built and tested. Only slight thing was the stress test files where left on the hard drive taking up 600gb of space I had to find and delete and inexperienced user may have not found these as easily.

Got a gaming PC at what was a pretty good price, but ever since receiving it I've had no end of crashes, mostly while installing games, or trying to launch Steam VR. The Oculus app tells me my system doesn't meet the updated minimum requirements for VR, despite the system more than meeting all of them. VR Link cable and mouse dongle can't be plugged in the same place (one has to be front, the other one back), or the mouse stops working. When I emailed customer support, I was given an appointment for a call at a time which didn't work for me due to my work pattern, to which I was told their engineers only did calls between 5pm and 6.30pm, as they were building the computers before that. I asked if a weekend call was possible, was told that it was and that they had booked a call for me for 12pm on Saturday (today). It is now 12.55pm, and there has been no call. I definitely would not recommend this company and would not use it again. Oh, one other thing, you don't get an invoice with a detailed list of the components which go in your order. All you get is the link to the online listing, which by the way specifies a different version of the motherboard to the one which I received (which incidentally is £20+ cheaper than the one listed). Avoid.
