After though one had an offer on and reduce making them just £5 apart in price. I only got a tower as my son already had a keyboard, mouse and headphones. He was also going to use his TV as a monitor. The tower came with its power cord and a USB to have WiFi. A qr code for set up as well. Came packaged well and looks so sleek and more than what I paid. Massive bonus. Great communication and my son is enjoying his birthday gift.

Computer very easy to set up, and everything worked straight out of the box. Comp is lightning fast, and looks really slick with the RGB Neon lights. Extremely happy with purchase, and no hesitation in recommending to others. I’ll be back at Xmas time, as having seen mine, my teenage son now has his sights firmly on one of his own.

Staff were knowledgeable and replied promptly. The PC itself arrived on time and is performing nicely so far! It looks good and was well packaged.

Without going into too much detail, the 1st computer didn't work and using the online chat line was a waste if time, then the swap didn't happen as it should.... But the we got to speak to Mary who was FABULOUS and she bent over backwards to help us - definitely went the extra mile. THANK YOU MARY !!!

United Kingdom | 27 January 2024Purchased as a Christmas gift, this PC worked for 3 hours on Christmas Day then would not, due to it being the Christmas period I could not contact veno for help so ended up paying for it to be looked at by a PC technician in my local area who was able to reboot it, it then stopped working altogether, I called veno but phone lines were down for a few days, when I finally got in touch they sent a replacement and collected broken one, the new one didn’t work at all! Had a video call from a technician who couldn’t resolve so again was sent a third product! This turned on for an hour maximum, my son then had to use his Xbox plugged in to the monitor to have any enjoyment! Veno at first said they would collect it again and send another replacement! I said absolutely no chance and understandably it is out of the 14 day money back guarantee but given the fact it had been Christmas and multiple replacements it is through no fault of my own that it exceeds the window of refund. Veno very understanding and agreed to a refund, they collected product and have issued a refund which I am still awaiting, overall the PC is not worth the hassle unless you are prepared for upset kids! But communication and help to try and resolve was 10/10 not many sights do this.

Very challenging customer service. Requests for a phone call which would have sorted this out were ignored and the phone number provided was not answered, despite several attempts. Returned and refund received

United Kingdom | 23 January 2024Was ready to purchase their newest refurbished Dell Optiplex from them, but needed more detail about the model and spec as the description was a bit vague. Sent a request for more detail of ports, and a model reference, but after three email exchanges I still haven't managed to get a straight answer. Seemed it was too much trouble to actually read my email. I gave up and found an alternative supplier that listed the full spec in their sales literature. Equally competitive price, same warranty, but much more customer friendly.
