Works excellent

This was the first time that i have used Veno Scorp and it will not be the last. I had a few small issues when i purchased this refurbed PC but when i bought this to the attention of Veno Scorp, they solved all my issues by remotely logging on and sorting out the problems. Super fast delivery. Son set it up easily although he says it would be faster with another card added. He is pleased with the box.

Good Quality,includes the boxes of the parts in the pc which shows new parts are used.

We bought a used HP desktop, a brand new screen and keyboard. The new screen was supplied with an HDMI cable to connect to the desktop, the desktop didn't have an HDMI output for the screen so we had to go and buy a cable to connect the two before we could get it working.

A real 💩 one 1 the Leeds was broken need to run out and by new 2 the pc dis not Connect to the internet 3 u call that a gaming pc funny what game can u play on it ???? ALL games the Graphics is 💩💩💩💩💩💩

Very good for the price tag. It obviously isnt gonna run the best of games as its only £250. cant complain, had full tracking over my package and it came in time.

Bought a pc from them around 3 months ago it was a gaming pc for my nephew and he loves it!delivery was fast and pc was cheaper compared to other companies,did have a slight issue but it was fixed quickly and smoothly by the customer service

An absolutely APPALLING experience! The HP Elite i7 did NOT have the correct pin connection on the rear of the unit (two shown on the video example provided; in my case the one supposedly connected directly to the video card was ompletely absent). The monitor - and therefore the computer - is therefore inoperative.

Ordered a gaming computer with mouse keyboard and monitor, it arrived the next day well packaged and was literally ready to go straight out of the box, just a few updates where needed and that was it,was kept informed all the way,I'm very happy with my purchase thank you.

Easy to order, good value compared to other websites. Next day delivery if ordered early enough. PC switched on 1st time no faults. Very well packaged.

Device arrived not working, when plugged in, the tower would not turn on. Set up instructions not for specific device. Terrible customer support assistance, used email, ticket submission and contact number. Very small response from emails and ticket support at beginning. Asked for pictures of device. I have been waiting 7 days for a response from someone, this has only been responded to after finally getting through on the phone today. I began with the ticket support on 24th December 2023 Got through on phone on 8th Jan 2024 after trying for several days of trying and being directed to a full mail box, or a faulty line on one day. Once i eventually got through to someone, i was hold for several minutes while they spoke to another customer support person to arrange for collection which could potentially cost me another £25. Refund not be received until after they get device back. DPD to collect device tomorrow. There was no option of device care given over the phone however at this stage i simply want a refund - not charged extra. Ordered through office-computers.co.uk.

I ordered a refurbished I7 HP desktop that arrived on time, looks almost new and works well. Easy to use website, great prices, free delivery!!! I will recommend Veno Scorp to friends and make further purchases myself.

Windows is not working, have approached help desk and still trying to resolve, very restricted help opening hours, long wait for replies and the problem is not resolved.
