From the beginning I was kept up to date whenever I asked about progress and all my mails to customer service were answered promptly. The item, a "Shaft Style" brown leather coat fit perfectly based on the measurements I had provided and the quality is amazing. Strong leather just like in the movie.

My wife tried to order the Indiana Jones jacket from them. They didn't post any shipping information so my wife called them. The call was transferred to a 3rd party Pakistan company who stated They were out of leather. We are awaiting our refund. Will update this review if our experience is worse. Not a trustworthy company. Shop somewhere else!!!

I was sceptical at first reading other reviews saying it was scam turns out they’re not. I made my order on the 7th of December and didn’t hear anything. Your payment goes through PayPal so I contacted the address given in there but no response. It says Natures Gift is the company you pay but contact sales@saltshop for a response. They sent me a FedEx number and the product arrived today 17th, it’s very well made, I’m happy, go a size bigger though. 👍🏼

Absolutely Loved the Yellowstone Vest! I was skeptical at first but i took the risk and im so glad i did! In all Honesty the vest is spot on compared to the tv show that John Dutton wears. My husband and I are both fans of the show, so I decided to purchase this for my husband for Christmas. I cant wait to suprise him with this!! It is legit with embroidered Stiching!* and thats what i was really worried about at first. Especially cause Iron ons tend to usually fade and peal off and ruin the look. But this one is actually Great quality! I usually never leave reviews, but i felt i Had to with the way it was made. The fabric is very nice and i can tell it will be comfortable for him to wear in those cold chilly Texas nights. My husband is a Tall slim slender man whos 6ft 1 with broad shoulders at his uper body and weighs in around 180lbs. Hopefully thisbinfor can help others in deciding whatbsize to order. I purchased this in a size Large in mens for him and it looks like the perfect fit! Its definitely true to size which was a huge releif. I wrote to customer service and they responded through their email to me a couple of days later. Even tho I never received a tracking. I did receive a receipt of placement of my order. I purchased the Gustaf Skarsgård Merlin Coat from the Netflix show cursed. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The wool interior far exceeded my expectation in it's quality. And the exterior leather was excellent as well. There is a very very minor size mismatch between the two parts. Either the interior needed to be just about 5% smaller or the exterior part needed to be about 5% bigger. If you buy this coat make sure you specify what color you want for the interior their default is black.

The jacket I bought itself was good, but the jacket was too big. As they offer returns, it would make sense that you can return the jacket and just get a smaller one right? Well, that’s not how they decided to handle it. Instead, they said that I would not get my money back, AND they would be charging me an additional $60 fee to exchange the jacket. So if you want a quality jacket for at least $179, you better hope and pray to god you chose the right size, cause they will not show any respect towards you if you don’t. They will treat you like garbage if you so much as ask for a different size. Again, the jacket itself is quality, but there are absolutely better places to get a cosplay jacket from. Don’t buy from here.

The indiana jones jacket is perfect. I ordered this for Halloween and I am very happy with how it looks. The jacket is nicely stitched and fits perfectly. I love the attention to detail and how it is so much like the one in the movie. Can’t wait to wear it soon at my friend’s party!

Customer service is awful. They only respond after paypal protection expires......if they put as much effort Into scamming and tricking people, they could actually be a legitimate buisness...

I can’t understand why the Negative reviews!! My experience with Jackets Creator was above excellent! I purchased the Christopher Lambert trench Coat from Highlander and I couldn’t be more happier with it. It looked exactly like the one in the movie and was just as they described it on their website. The quality is what you expect for the price. And would be exactly the same as what you would buy in any high street store. The service I received from Jackets Creator was also above excellent. I had some questions concerning my size as I was in between a L and an XL. They always replied to me quickly answering all my questions. They even took down my actual size and adjusted the coat to fit perfectly. And it sure does! Shipping was also super fast and the item was very well packed. So again I wonder why such Negative reviews? My experience was definitely a million miles away from that. And I would totally be happy buying from them again. I hope this review is helpful to anyone thinking about shopping with Jackets Creator.

I have purchased a lot of things from this store and this the 4th time I have place an order from here. I received my latest order a week back. It was quite a big order as I had purchased 30 jackets of the same design in different sizes. Not only did they get my order correct but they also gave me an amazing discount of $20 per jacket. I sold these jacket ahead through my own store in my locality and received amazing response from the customers. I will certainly be placing more orders from this place! I definitely recommend buying from this place for jackets. Only if they had a physical presence it would had been great.

Liar, Money stealer, all photos and reviews are fake.

Received vest that did not match to the images on their web site... color wise and was not distressed at all. I wanted to return vest...email them several times and no response. Jacket creator stole images of the vest from somebody else and use them on their web site !!! Real bad experience !!!

Bought the Nero Jacket and just received it today. From purchase to delivery at my door, it took only 3 weeks. The jacket looks and feels great (I spent about half an hour after receiving it to try it on and compare it to the provided/available photos of both the character, and the professional/studio model). While the company's communication was a bit limited, they responded and updated very quickly. I am very satisfied with the quality of this product (even a bit impressed)!

The jacket I received was far worse quality than those pictured on the website. They refused to accept a return until I opened a case on Paypal, they then provided me with an address in Pakistan that was either fake or they refused to sign for the package when it arrived and it has since been returned to me. In the mean time the buyer protection from Paypal has expired.

Not to be trusted.

Seeing as they steal images of my friends wearing my other friend’s creation and claim it is a picture of one of jacketscreator’s work, they are lying thriving scum that I wouldn’t trust with a dime of my money. I hope your company disappears and takes with it the shame of being a thief within our beautiful cosplay community.

Jacketscreator stole images of the cosplayer @leiaaurora and used them to model their Star Wars Qi'ra jacket. The jacket was made by @devilinthedesign. This site uses fake reviews and fake photos. STAY AWAY. Scammers.
