very rude don’t know how to respond in conversation. I responded to their email and they sent me two emails one saying my address correct then another saying it’s incorrect again. so I called and the costumer service was no help at all. plus its been over 20 days n they just now contacting me will never use them again

Prompt response , after asking when i get my jacket. Took a few weeks, but that was ok for me.

The Quality and the look of the jacket was better than expected!!

Their size chart and actuality are 2 different things with this company. Also they charge a $60.00 restocking fee. This company does not have a phone number so you can't actually talk to a real person.

I have ordered a jacket for my son. - However they said it will arrive before Christmas I have received a confirmation on dispatching the parcel after the holidays. - The jacket finally has arrived from Karachi (Pakistan) - There were serious quality issues with it, I took photos and sent it to the "Customer Service" - They first offered $50 instead of full refund ($119). I refused the offer. - Then they offered me $70 or I needed to send back to the US (would cost $40), then they guarantee a full refund. Which would be the same amount. Maybe you will be lucky with your orders but to be honest this is a lottery. You will never get back your money, maybe partially and should never accept their first offer.

I ordered my jacket January 1 and now it is January 29 i still haven't received my jacket and i please get and up date when my jacket will arrive my order number is 119265 Thank You

I wrote a comment about the buttons falling off my jacket because they were so badly sewn on. I also made a comment about the comments other people made by email. I have received two messages about their inability to find my email. Not surprising as I didn't send one; in fact I was referring to other people's messages. Their ploy is to dodge the issue which is that I had to have the buttons properly sewn on. I have also received a request to replace my comments with more favourable ones and supply a photo of my jacket without buttons !!. I'm expecting a third email saying they haven't yet found mine !!! Pathetic really.

The jacket can be delivered faster than expected, even if the order was a bit tricky. The fabric is pleasant to the touch, everything looks well made and the jacket fits well, so it corresponds to the specified size. Waiting so many years for the Biff Tannen jacket was worth it. So as a Rockabilly and Back to the Future fan from the very beginning I am very happy with this garment!! 🤘🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️💪🏻🤘🏻

I should have been received my jacket can't give a review no product to review..

I ordered a jacket on November 26th 2023. I was charged for this jacket plus a processing fee on November 27th 2023. When I ordered the jacket there was no stipulation that the jacket had to be made, so it wouldn't be shipped for some time. I engaged in "Live Chats" with Jackets Creator representatives on 12/19, 12/22 and 1/8/24. My final answer was that my order had been cancelled and my money refunded. I have not yet received a refund. I emailed the sales department on 1/9/24 asking about the refund. I have not yet had a response.

Updated 1/5: based on vendor reply below: There is NO clothing vendor that charges a restocking fee for a stocked item and says it shipping cost. Oh, did I mention I have to pay for return shipping separately. I personally know another person who ordered from this company and they agree the medium size of this jacket is more for a youth then a grown women. Their sizing and customer service is terrible. I ordered an Indiana Jacket. Man do I wish I hadn't. I also wish I did further review on this company. As others have already stated this company is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They expect to charge you an additional $60 to exchange a product you already paid over $120 for. They want you to pay $50 dollars for get a refund as a restocking fee. Seriously who does this on clothing? I read the size chart and ordered a medium female jacket. This is more like a youth size than a women size. Buyer be aware. There is no way this jacket fits a medium women correctly. It's just too small. They will tell you that they make the jacket to the size on their chart, but what they don't tell you is, if you want the jacket to fit you like a traditional oversized bomber jacket, you should size up. Now I am stuck in this limbo with the company trying to get at least some of my money back. Moral of the story, find somewhere else to shop. NOT HERE!!

The order is clear cut for a child's medium than an adult

Took a chance ordering from this shady looking site. I ordered a varsity jacket which was too good to be true knowing they probably wouldn't have it. Two plus weeks went by without any updates. I email to ask for updates and pictures of the jacket at which time they issued a refund. Thank God I got money back lol

They said it would be guaranteed by Christmas and now they say after Christmas. Their messenger said someone will call me in an hr from taking it’s been over 8hrs and not one phone call from this place.
