Ordered my jacket on Nov 30th just got an update that it's out of stock Dec 10.

I rated this company 3 stars, because of false advertising. The light blue and red Texas Rangers jacket has a hefty price tag of $119, with a Starter logo on the left sleeve. That alone would be worth it, if the jacket was ACTUALLY an authentic Starter brand, but it’s not. The jacket itself gets 5 stars, because it’s cute and light weight, but definitely not worth tricking customers into thinking they are purchasing a Starter jacket, that’s sold by Jacket Creators. The price should be $60 and not display the Starter logo, because it’s not a Starter brand jacket.

Giving an updated review on this I have received my product and it is lovely and very much as pictured My only gripe about the process is the inaccurate shipping and delivery times posted on the website As I purchased expedited shipping and I received way later But my product is beautiful

It's been almost two month and I have still not gotten this hoodie, not to mention it was way overpriced.

The worst experience so far. I ordered on 11/1. It is now 11/24 and my order is STILL processing. It took less than 3 minutes to charge me but taking weeks to even “process” the order. I was told it would take 12-14 working days to ship but that doesn’t seem to be the case either because it is working day 16 today for my order and it STILL says processing. And for a business to only count WORKING days is not convenient for the customers. So I take that as this company does not consider its customers. Also within the 2 weeks of ordering, I received 2 review requests. That only annoyed me because I did not have my order. This company seems unorganized and almost more interested in greed rather than its customers. I will NOT be returning as a customer. I may update this review IF I ever receive the jacket I paid for 3 weeks ago.

Disappointed in the Indiana bomber jacket I ordered. It was 119.00 on the invoice it was 15.00 need to return it but there was no address to do so. Going to Fedx to see if they can help me out

No cleaning instructions or explanation of material used. If sleeves are leather, it's low grade, Feels more like vinyl, I'd return if it weren't for exorbitant restock and customer paid shipping fees,

Oftentimes we purchase online without reading reviews, and this is one of those times. I ordered a Denim (Jeans) jacket from this website and firstly, It took a over a week to arrive. When I finally received the Item, the moment I opened it I realized this is an instant return item as it wasn't to my liking. I checked their return policy and noticed there is a $50 restocking fee which of course I wasn't pleased. There is even a missing button on the left breast pocket. Horrible stitched job and the material is of poor quality. There is not even a tag on how you must treat/care for/clean the item. I'm in the process of returning the item. Wish me luck that I can get a full refund after I call these people. Lastly, this review is to alert future buyers of what they are up against if they choose to purchase from this site. This is nothing short of a ripoff!

This is a complete scam. They are not in the business of selling jackets, their business is to deduct big amounts from returning products or not allowing the return at all due to the limitation to 3 days return. "for a refund $50 will be subtracted for the restocking fee" "exchange the item... you are asked to pay $60 as restocking charges" " incur the VAT and custom duty charges for any order they wish to return or exchange"

I was impressed with the quality, and faithful attention to detail on this vest. The leather is great, and has the "well worn" look... Well done... It looks very close to Duke's vest in the movie.The only thing missing are the leather tie downs in front, which I've never seen Duke use, but they photograph well. Nice product!

If I could rate the company “Jacketars” less than one star I would have to lift up the toilet lid and there they are. I don’t think I have ever done business with a worse company. Scam is a polite word for them. They are thieves, dirty rotten criminals and they practice criminal acts against their customers. They won’t communicate with you and it they do it’s to do what makes them happy and not the customer. I received a damaged jacket from this company and I am still working on trying to return it and get a refund, it’s been 5 months. I could actually beat my request into them and they would still never do the right thing. If you buy from this company you have been clearly warned and you as the customer are stupid to buy from these crooks. Dumb, dumb

Do not order by this fake shop. To shark you is normal. You pay and you get no ware. Pay pal is not available during the payment. Credit card is the only way to order. After some weeks your order gets cancelled by them. You do not get your money back. Only sometimes they teel you tall stories to your mail adress. Do not waste your money to this cheater.
