If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!! They took the money out of my account which was $119.00 for a jacket that I never received. I called DHL (the shipping company) after tracking the jacket and they said this company had the jacket sent back to them. I have screen shots from the shipping company!!!! Stop taking people money I will be reporting this company!!!!

Complete scam company! Bought coat and when it arrived the buttons were real small and were falling off. I contacted company they said “repair yourself and we will send $20”. The material is not wool it is felt. The pocket liners are cheap linen. Coat probably cost $10. Waste of time, no return and a scam! MADE IN Pakistan DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This business is horrible I placed A order for A saint Louis cardinals jacket. The order was placed on the 8 of December, I actually had forgot about it until it was almost Christmas this was on the 22 of December. I emailed them in which they replied too me saying, I would have the jacket January 7 2023 which is today smh I even emailed the company this morning no reply all day . The policy’s they have are made to rip you off after A certain time because of the making of the jacket meaning they’ll take 40 percent of the money if you ask for A refund but . The reviews I have read and came across it seems that nobody has been able too there money back and many have said the item was false advertised , some even said they were sent women jackets, one even said he placed A order in January and didn’t get the item until June and that the item was A youth jacket but, he originally placed A order for A men’s jacket .Honestly it’s not about the money I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered the item but hoping someone will see this and it can help them out . I ordered the same jacket from the MLB website for the same price and even they didn’t take 30 days I’ve gotten 3 jackets from them since then smh . Do not spend your money here it’s A waste this is someone who probably lives in their mother’s basement stealing money !!!!

This company sucks, they gave me the wrong size jacket then blamed me for ordering the wrong size lol. They don’t print what size the jacket is so be aware of that plus they provide zero paper work when you receive your jacket. So I’m theory they can send you whatever they want and you can’t contradict it because nothing says the size you ordered. Was emailing Jasril George regarding returning the jacket, this guy is a joke, he wants to charge me $60 bucks for a restocking fee, horrible customer service and overall just does not want to help me whatsoever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY AKA JACKETS CREATOR! Trust me you’ll thank me later!

Super happy with my Satin la raiders jacket. Yes it was shipped from Pakistan via dhl. I got it made with letters on the back, just how I had when I was a teenager. When ordering they did ask my measurements. I sent them my photos so they have better idea on my build and measurements. I’m a large in Canada and jacket I got was a medium but for USA. Fits perfect. The USA sizes and made bigger. This is opposite of the reviews. I actually didn’t see the reviews until after ordering. They did a great job. I wish I could post photos of the jacket. I think if anyone has any concerns, just communicate with them. Send your body picture with measurements and you will be fine

WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT BUY. Poor service and so hard to get into contact with. I bought a jacket for $150 / £124 the jacket was nowhere near similar to the picture and I asked for a refund. They told me I had to pay for the refund for a jacket they falsely advertised. I paid over £30 / $36 for delivery. It reached their country and they never went to claim the package. The package was then sent back to me. They don’t even help. No proper contact information. Their headquarters are in another country and I had to ship the item back to UAE. The package came back to me so I lost over $186 / £154. Don’t waste your money on this company

This is a scam ! Placed an order on May 17th, payed 40 dollars extra costs for a shipping in 8-10 days. My jacket hasn’t even been dispatched yet and we are Hune 8th. I asked them for a refund and to send it asap every day but they seem to not care. I asked them to cancel and refund me and they tell me they take 25% of fees so for a product that they never dispatched with a service I payed for that they never delivered ! Big big scam do not order anything. They scammed me 200$

This company is a scam. The jacket I purchased looked absolutely nothing like the one I ordered. Different style. Different fabric. Return policy is vague they say they have a warehouse in Australia and offer 25% off to keep it. When pushed further they give an address in UAE to return it to for twice what I paid for the jacket. Total scam. Stay away. Do not throw away your money.

Do NOT, and I mean do NOT purchase through this company. I measured myself and purchased an item using their sizing chart. The item is too small. They want me to pay a restocking fee of $60.00 or pay $99.00 for a custom made one. I measured the item and it does not even match THEIR chart. They claim this is my fault, and will not replace it even though this is their error. They just give you the run around and want you to pay more. I tried to text (call) the number on their site, and received no reply from "Andrew Jackson". That was no surprise. The quality of the item was also substandard. Very poor stitching!!! I hope this review at least stops one person from having to experience what I have. As they say - buyer beware !!!

I ordered the The Terminator M-65 punk jacket, it looked great and fit great! It took some time to create but it shipped supper fast from where it was made. I'm very happy with it!

I really had low expectations do to all the hate on here. I would rate a star lower but this is to counter a lot of the hate. I bought the Witcher jacket and i think it's badass i wore it to Sobey's today and was complemented twice first day wearing it. I love this jacket.

WARNING This business is shady and under handed. I thought I was ordering from a Reparable business located in California but my product came from Pakistan. I ordered a 4X Lakers Jacket for my fiancé for a Christmas present but when I opened the package I noticed it was too small. The 4X was a size US large. This business should be more transparent by informing the buyer that the sizes are smaller than Normal United States sizes and should put a comparison chart on their site so we the buyer would know exactly what we are getting. The jacket could barely fit me and the arms are extremely short. The telephone number is not valid, therefore the only way to contact with them is by email. From this 1 purchase, I received 3 different business names and addresses. NOTHING which say Creator Jackets. Then I was told I would be charged a $50 restocking fee and once they receive the jacket I would be refunded. After all of this the address to send the merchandise back is located in Glen Ellyn IL, under another business name (eWorld Innovative Solutions) with a telephone number that doesn’t work. Therefore, I looked up the address and it was someone house. PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS OR LOSE YOUR MONEY!
