It took over 2 weeks for my order to begin shipping. The only update FedEx has now shows that my jacket is still in another country. I placed the order on October 15th. As I compose this, I've yet to receive my jacket. Update- I received the jacket November 12 but it feels a little bit on the tight side for a two XL Their claim of wanting to fix the issue is a joke, a $60 restocking fee? I have a collection of jackets and this is the smallest 2XL I've ever had. The claim that I made a mistake when I have never ordered a 2XL jacket that didn't fit properly is laughable. I used them because I thought Affirm meant they could be trusted. I was wrong.

Can’t give less than 1 star, or they would get none! Ordered a coat in September (over 1,000 in stock). Chased in October and told it was at QC stage. Chased again and now told they couldn’t match the exact colour and refunded. Haven’t received the money yet, but appalled at the poor service and deceit. They had my money for over 6 weeks!

The jacket showed up so late I assumed I had been ripped off & filed a dispute. When it did arrive it was far too small.. so if you buy from them expect a wait. Despite a Chicago address.. they are made in Pakistan.. The customer service was rude & I would never consider buying from them again. I appreciate the service and the response to my query about delivery. The jacket arrived in perfect condition. My only regret is that I requested dark brown and it is a deep red. However it is lovely and I am very happy with it.

I was a little skeptical at first but at the end I am satisfied with my order and it was worth the money. Jackets Creators products are perfectly described and shown as advertised. The only downside I experienced was waiting for my order to process and the arrival. I was getting a little nervous thinking I wasn't gonna get what I paid for but it did arrive eventually. My order didn't get shipped out until a month later after I made my purchase. Overall, Jackets Creator is legitimate and worth the money but I give it 4 out of 5 stars. It would've been 5 if my purchase did come through a little sooner.

This is a woman’s jacket however the sizes expressed on the website are all for a man’s jacket… My goal was to get a woman’s medium jacket, however for what I received was a jacket for men's medium

The product I received was nothing like the photographs found on the website. For this reason, I am having to take the item elsewhere to have alterations made, spending more money than I had originally planned to.

The delivery was fast, product arrived in perfect condition and fits really well. I was looking to find a good jacket that was accurate to Nero's from Devil May Cry 5, and this one was better than I expected. I have no complaints!

I was given a delivery date that would worked for a vacation we were taking. Upon finding out that date was changed I contacted you to find out if there as a way to expedite the order. I was told not possible, I asked to cancel the order and I was told there would be a 40% fee for cancellation of an order that had not even been shipped. When I said I would just return it I was told I would be charged a 60% restocking fee. The jacket arrived after we returned from our trip an additional 4 days after I was told it would arrive the second time. In the meantime I had the expense of having to get a replacement jacket for our trip. I can honestly say I don’t think I have experienced such poor customer service and will be sure to let your potential customers know of my experience! If you would have met the original delivery date shown this whole thing would have not been an issue and I would not have been put in a position of having to find an alternative at the last minute for a Halloween cruise. And at the end of the day it was even delivered four days after the second delivery date and almost two and a half weeks after the original date. The whole experience let me with a bad taste and an expensive jacket I no longer need.
