A phone call 5 minutes later to advise the ailver was out of stock so the lady gave another to colour options very friendly and polite I decided on the red and glad the other was not available. Arrived at 9am on the Thursday I ordered after 3pm on the Tuesday so fantastic service great sturdy value for money scooter very please so highly recommended thanks
