Received my mobility scooter with no problems, very easy to order and after a bit of a mix up with the delivery it arrived well packaged. We have put the scooter together and everything is fine after a bit of head scratching.I have not tried it yet but it will have it's first run out next weekend so hopefully everything will work.

Great little scooter only used a couple of times I keep in in my boot I must admit little heavier than I thought it would be so a bit if a struggle for me at the moment as have had an op on leg rods and pins in nut manageable very smooth ride I walk my dog with it …brill thanks

I was online looking for a good mobility scooter for me, I came across Invamed selling Roma Denver mobility scooters. They were giving a lover 40% discount on most of their mobility scooters. The price was very reasonable when comparing to the companies selling the same product. After reading lot of reviews, I made a decision to purchase my scooter from Invamed. On last Friday I ordered the scooter and it was delivered to me by 9:00 am on Monday. Fantastic service!. My wife and I tried to put it together and we found front part didn’t click together with the rear part. I contacted the company and explained the situation to the Technician Mike on a video call. He did realised that we won’t be able to get it as it was a brand new machine and therefore, he arranged his mobile technician to visit on the following day. The mobile technician arrived on the following day and managed to put all the parts together. He was very helpful and assured us the scooter is working properly and taught us how to dismantle to carry into the car. So far, I have used the scooter for a very short ride and it was a pleasure to ride. Very comfortable scooter. Overall I am very happy with our purchase from the Invamed. I would recommend this company for anyone who is looking to purchase a good mobility scooter.

Easy to order but had to chase for confirmation email. Delivered quickly but company expected you to lift of back of lorry, refused should know better when ordering medical equipment. Issue with cables ill placed next to tiller clamp, caused fuse to blow. Oddly company knew of cause when contacted to say fuse gone before we did but state no issue with design and nobody else had issues but how they aware if not happened before?

Great company to deal with, I had issues with the courier company and the Invamed staff were always very polite and did all they could to help me. But TNT spoiled the whole experience . Invamed you need to change the courier service you use.

Really good service. Ordered a mobility scooter which arrived the very next day. Great quality scooter perfect for my needs. Haven't had the scooter very long and only used it twice so far so I guess time will tell. I can only score on my communication with customer service and how easy it was to order on line.
