United Kingdom | 14 July 2024I had ordered a battery pack for £188 and after a week I called for an update to be told it would be 4 wks until they could get in stock however I could order the batteries without a case but would need to change the connectors as they have now changed. Had I not called would I still be waiting unaware about the delay

The machine is in bits and, contrary to what the sales team told me, isn't particularly easy to assemble, especially for those of us less mobile and who else would be buying one of these things. However, it's cheap and looks OK though we have yet to finish assembling it. Can't therefore comment on performance. Fingers crossed.
