A well built scooter and very good value may be a bit heavy for some people but I’m an old biddy of 80 and I don’t find it a problem lifting it in an out of the car eg I ordered this scooter on the Monday delivered on the Tuesday Thankyou

Ordering online was quick and simple and delivery was fast. However after putting it all together we experienced a fault which was frustrating but the team were amazing from the receptionist to the man who attempted to help via phone and then the engineer who came out replaced the faulty wiring and good as new! We really appreciate your help and speed as it has given me freedom following a recent amputation to get out without needing anyone!

I am completely satisfied with my Roma scooter. It is as exactly described and is a pleasure to use. I am able to disassemble the scooter in a couple of minutes, and with the help of one other person, lift it into the boot of my car. It fits snugly into the boot of a medium sized hatchback car. Thoroughly recommended.

Very quick & prompt delivery, easy to order. The scooter is so comfortable but we had an issue with a loose connection box to the drive unit & damaged pins but it still works. I didn’t bother informing invamed as I tried to call but nobody answered. So my husband looked at it & managed to reconnect everything!
