Purchased one of these. Had trouble with the battery pack. Contacted them, out off guarantee and we had not followed instructions for charging. We had followed the instruction that came with the scooter. Told To to charge for 12 hours for 5 nights. Put it on to charge again it got very hot, lucky it did not burn the house down. Took battery pack apart, the batteries were swollen and misshaped. Looked for replacement on their website they were paddle fitting not screw in like the original. Contacted them and they were not aware that they are selling items that are not correct. Save your money

Very pleased with the mobility scooter and value for money. The only issue and this is not Invameds fault was the delivery. FedEx delivered with one driver and no tail lift. I was expected to lift the parcel being a woman at 59 as my husband is disabled couldn't help. I have now a bad back myself because of this. The parcel was 78kg. If I'd been a really old lady I don't know what the driver would have done. Shame on you FedEx.

Good afternoon received a mobility scooter today from invamed ordered day before came next day very please item as was advertised put together with in 15 mins put battery’s on charge up and running great product I would recommend this company service impeccable

Received my Roma Denver plus today, it was very straight forward to put together, it is a really lovely looking scooter and I am 6” tall and the plus is an excellent choice. We took it to the car and although the back seat on one side had to be folded down the scooter fits in perfectly. The battery comes apart in two halves so I managed to pick up each individual piece the only problem that I had was getting the seat off, but it is our first time at trying. Overall an excellent scooter and an excellent company, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good new very reasonably priced mobility scooter.

Bought a mobility scooter a short while ago, Roma, good steady Scooter Long distance Range and quite comfortable even if it doesnt have Suspension, anyway batteries didnt last very well, so got in contact with the office, they got in touch with the local Guy to take it for testing, found out the batteries werent much good, not holding a charge, all ok charges 10 hours full battery and now good as new .. bearing in mind this scooter doesnt get used every day so probably once a week if that, sometimes not even once a month, anyway, went out for the day, with family to Chester zoo all eas well until I started to pack it away in the car ready for the return journey, and noticed a crack in the plastic panel where the main wire comes through for the steering etc ( pictures enclosed ) been in touch with the Giy who repairs the scooters, he said nothing can be done , as per usual guarantee doesnt cover it ,🤔🤔 what a suprise , I'm to understand when you buy something it has a 12 month guarantee which includes Manufacturers Defects aswell as Parts and labour ?? Well trading standards also think that too, so been in touch with main office, which coincidentally dont like replying to emails. So I'm at the stage now where I will be getting trading standards involved aswell as Office of fair trading, and see what they have to say on the matter.. if you're thinking about buying a scooter from these cowboys I'd Seriously think again ..Service is diabolical especially when it's not had much wear n tear. I bought it direct from the invamed site I've already had a new set of batteries, without any problems, now the plastic casing has split where the wire comes through from the steering column,, perhaps you can email me on the Email this account is set up to or contact Paul the local Repairer for the area .I've already sent emails to invamed as yet no ones replied .trading standards are keen for my reply as to it being sorted Update heres their reply, saying one of 2 things either I'm too big for the scooter or I've misused it.. Hi Neil, As my colleague has said in the previous email we have not had this issue with this scooter and even when it has happened on other products there has always been an impact or something had to happen to the scooter to cause the damaged. As I mentioned this would have shown early day of the scooter going in to service.

I had a clonking noise on my scooter and the engineer that came out was amazing, and the staff in the office were also very helpful, good service.

I ordered the Roma Dallas boot scooter on Invameds website not knowing much about this company,they certainly did not disappoint.The scooter arrived on schedule and my wife who has severe COPD absolutely loves it! Since I paid less than £500 for it so do I 😃 The scooter is very well built and is seriously heavy to assemble so some assistance was required from a younger family member. Overall first impressions are fantastic value for money and I will have no hesitation in recommending Invamed to others searching for a bargain buy. 5 stars!

I ordered a mobility scooter on Sunday afternoon, and it was delivered on Tuesday. At any time that is great service, but with Covid, Brexit, driver and fuel shortages, it was nothing short of a miracle to be honest. There is usually a but, and in this case it was the battery charger, which blew the first time it was plugged in. I rang Invamed and spoke to a technician, who didn't give me the runaround, just put a replacement in the post and it arrived a day later. All is sorted now and I'm back out “walking” my dog again. Well impressed.

I bought the Roma Denver Plus. it's fantastic, great looking scooter, at a very good price. 1st The speedy delivery, I ordered it Monday afternoon and it arrive Wed morning 10:00. We where out at the time but the driv came back at 1600 and we took delivery of it then. The driver was very happy and helpful. and put the box where we asked him. 2nd Putting it together took us a while as we are both over Eighty but we managed to do it and test it, Great everything working. 3rd I have been out doing shopping and had a good ride round and found it comfortable and easy to drive in and out of shops also reversing, All together I am very happy and glad I bought it, as it has give me a new lease of life, as I am able to get out and about more. Thank You.

Bought this scooter just over a month ago it now has no brakes it won't reverse and now just constantly beeps and won't move yet its fully charged its not fit for purpose and its dangerous a chap called Phil from roma medical got in touch and told me they are over 300miles from my address so not sure when they can get it sorted this as been going on for nearly 2 weeks emails of complaints text messages ect still my scooter hasn't been sorted I now can't go out due to having such poor mobility and this company don't seem to care I've contacted citizens advice who are now going to contact trading standards regarding this company biggest mistake I ever made buying from this company

Ordered Roma Dallas S120 (Orange) on Saturday night - Invamed would NOT have got the order until Monday 2nd August as they are closed over the weekend. The scooter turned up today - Tuesday 3rd August around lunch time. Delivery was with TNT, so couldn’t get live tracking information (not the end of the world) Easy to put the scooter together (around 40 minutes) I’m allowing the scooter to fully charge over night so I can use it tomorrow, everything seems to be great so far and I have no complaints. If you’re thinking about buying a mobility scooter - Invamed should definitely be you’re first choice to do business with.

I ordered a mobility scooter for my mum and asked the company if they shipped to Ireland and they said they did for £100. I ordered it and when it was delivered and taken out of the box it was scratched and broken. I phoned the company right away and took photos. They said they would replace the bit that was broken. I said the scratches wasn't a problem as it was only cosmetic. They said they would send out the bit straight away as my mum was going away for a few days and needed the scooter. After a week the new part hadn't arrived so I phoned again and they said they would not be sending out a new part and accused me of breaking it! They also said it should never have been sent to Ireland in the first place. Well whose fault was that?? My mum was waiting to go on holiday and was waiting all that time for the part and they hadn't even sent it. I then had to cancel the hotel and was charged for the first night as it was short notice. I then had to pay an extra £50 to send the scooter back for a partial refund. The company ignored my calls, kept telling me that they were in business meetings, anything to avoid talking to me. I actually can't believe how they treated an elderly lady who so badly needed a mobility scooter. They were unprofessional in every way. I had previously given their number to a few people but after the way they dealt with things, they said they would never ever deal with such an uncaring company. We couldn't get another scooter at such short notice so my mum didn't get her break away. Absolutely unforgivable. Please don't pretend that I broke it! It's funny how we have it all on video and photos of it all. You are a poor excuse for a company!! What I am so pleased about is how many people that were going to order from you and then changed their minds

I have to say this was the easiest and quickest order I've ever made. Ordered and only took 3 days to arrive. Was a little heavy in the box but onced open the scooter came out in sections. I picked the blue dallas s120 model purely for it folding to pop in my boot of the car. The scooter looks really high spec more than I thought it would. Can't wait to charge it up to get away on it. Highly recommend to anyone and the cost is brilliant.

I went to quite a few mobility shops near me to search for a mobility scooter and realised their prices were high especially as they said VAT was to be added on top of the price shown. Immediately on wincing at the full price I was then told about the VAT free option if I had a medical condition I could get it VAT free therefore only pay the price shown( who buys a mobility scooter and doesn’t have a medical condition). I came across INVAMED based in Bridgend Wales who have a factory there. I phoned to ask about their products and felt very confident in placing an order for a mobility scooter. I upgraded to their Roma DallasDX at a cost of £429 and paid £15 to have it delivered the following day. It arrived and was taken into my kitchen were my son put it together very quickly. The design and build quality was excellent. Their website to place the order was very easy to use and would highly recommend this scooter and company. Save a lot of time and especially money by using them for your requirements.

The prices are good but you sacrifice any customer service. The issues I encountered: - I have tried to contact them 3 times, twice by email and once via the contact form on the website. They responded to none of these - The product was delivered to me (a disabled person with mobility issues) by a man who couldn't put the box inside my home and insisted he leave it outside my door. The box was blocking my door and had my partner not been home, I would have been forced to leave the expensive product outside. I was not warned of this - I was not given any notice of the delivery despite their website stating that this would happen. The tracking on the website didn't work so I couldn't tell what was going on - When I placed my order it showed as cancelled for a prolonged period of time. I tried to ask customer service about this but they didn't respond - There was a massive sticker on the delivery box stating not to accept delivery until you have checked the box or they will not be responsible. This is not stated on the website and the box was delivered in such a way I could not see the sticker I wouldn't recommend ordering with them. Luckily the product works and was delivered in one piece but I'm concerned what would happen if I did have an issue (now or in future) Edited to add: the information below re: delivery was not present at the website at time of order. I'm glad Invamed are trying to improve but I would still never recommend them. Although they have replied publicly, they are still yet to reply to any of my personal emails
