I wish I could give minus 1 star to SFL Worldwide for the most terrible experience of my life availing their service. I booked my international shipping in Apr 2022 when I was in the US and returned to India on Apr 30th, 2022. Before booking, agent KRUNAL VAGHELA promised the delivery time for the shipment as 3 or 4 months in the worst case scenario and same was given in the agrrement. He also had the audacity to collect 5 star reviews for himself before even the shipment was out of my door, promising a 10% discount if I would good feedback for him. Guys, all the good feedbacks you see on their web site is by cheating people like the way they did to me, please beware of their cheap tactics to make people fall in their trap. I reached India on Apr 30th and I received my shipment in the damaged condition precisely on Nov30th after going through an infinite number of emails and phone call follow ups causing so much mental agony to me. Not at all worth for 1020 dollars that I had to pay!! I work and live in Bangalore but since the address for delivery was of my Parents address, I was held up in Hyderabad waiting for the delivery of my shipment since the day it reached Mumbai port which was in month of Sept. They dragged it to another 2 months to ship it from Mumbai to Hyderabad siting various reasons. This is such a pathetic company that every team is filled up with dumb and unaccountable people and the communication between teams is so broken. Let me tell you another bad experience with this company, they arranged the delivery of the shipment from Mumbai port to Hyd via xpressbess logistics service without verifying my local contact number. My shipment was returned back to Mumbai because XpressBees could not reach me nor they even tried to contact me via my email address. On checking with the SFL team, I was told that the SFL domestic shipment team did not get the updated number from the SFL passport verification team so my local number was no where update in the system. Let me name some of the jokers in this SFL team  - Owner of SFL, SAUMIN SHAH whose email id was in all the email communication but the dumb*** never ever responded to any of the emails, next joker is Krunal Vaghela who is the contact person in US who is busy collecting 5 star feedback before even you sign up the agreement, and last but not least the most arrogant person 'Mohnish' who was responsible for domestic shipment to customer's address and goofup of my local contact number. They will all ask to raise a Claim but will not take the responsibility to deliver your shipment on time or in good condition. Claims team is another worst team of this company who will never ever respond to your emails. I raised a claim for delay of shipment (which finally took a good 8 months to reach me) and bad condition of my delivered shipment but till date they have not responded to my emails nor phone calls. Please do not ever ever fall in their trap and never book your international shipment via SFL world. They will make your life hell as you will never get your shipment as per the promised  agreement, you will have sleepless nights following up on emails and calls which will never be answered, causing you a lot of mental agony. Pay a little more and book your international shipment via some reputable companies. It will save you mental peace, time and your hard earned money. I wish I could drag them to Consumer court but due to time constraint I am unable to do so, but I will pray and hope they are dragged to consumer court by someone in future and they learn their lessons. They have to stop their bad way of doing this business and cheating people. Please contact me directly if you want any proof or want to know more about this worst ordeal of my life. I have promised myself to spread the reality of this company by all means possible.

The worst experience ever. I shipped total of 7 boxes from USA to India for $700 out of which only 6 boxes reached the destination. There is no proper investigation done to find the 7th box even after providing details. I have even provided them with pictures, the type of box and details. They delayed to give the response for 1-1-5 months and simply replied no box found. I highly doubt if they even checked or backtracked. I lost many valuables and after which they sent a form with claims saying they will refund 0.60 cents per pound which is $34. I simply laughed. First of, the shipping of box costed me $100 and also with items inside it around $400 and they will refund me $34. Such a scam company. Very bad customer service and people are very bad to talk to. They are rude.

My Company had selected SFL Worldwide for my home furniture Door to Door Shift ( dismantle and re-assemble ) of items from UAE/Dubai to USA/Connecticut Shipment was delivered to my home with several cracks/damaged items and also there was no assistance from their staff to re-assemble some of the items that need to be fixed and put in place Staff and their management are not organized at all and i am sorry to say this but it is a fact that they are simply not an organized Company and they even do not speak proper english to discuss task in details I SIMPLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY AND NO OFFENCE BUT THIS IS MY OWN LATEST EXPERIENCE OF LAST MONTH / JULY 2022

Great job done by SFL worldwide. I would like to thank SFL worldwide for the service they provided. I relocated to India and had to ship all my stuff and I was searching for a shipping company with good rates who can ship my items to India. Finally, one of my colleagues gave me a reference that SFL worldwide can do this job at a better rate and they gave a good service. My colleague received the cargo a month ago and they are very happy with the services. I got Mr. Mukesh contact number from my colleague and I contacted him directly, he has assisted me with such better rates and we closed the deal. Mr. Mukesh has helped me a lot on how to pack the boxes to avoid any repacking charges. All I had to pay for the repacking was just for the furniture and TV since those have the chances to be damaged and I agreed as advised by him. He gave me better rates compared to all the other quotes I received from other companies. All the documents had been asked upfront, at the day the container was picked up Mr. Mukesh did connect to their destination team so i could check with them from time to time. The job went smoothly and I did not need to check with them for the tracking updates since they did update the tracking at their websites which makes it easier to keep track of my shipment. At the time of arrival Mr. Prashant from the India team has contacted me for the documents they need for clearance. They asked for all the documents upfront to avoid delays which I gave them on time. They keep me updated till the day they schedule the delivery for my items. I am happy with their destination team as they have helped to disassemble the items. It was a great job done by SFL worldwide, I am satisfied with their work and service provided. I am glad I chose their service and I would definitely suggest using their service again.

I had a great experience with SFL worldwide. I had a total of 120 packages which included TV, furniture, household goods and my friend recommended SFL worldwide as they have shipped with them and advised they had a good experience. I chose SFL worldwide to ship all my goods to India as I moved back to India after 13years. I requested a quote at their website which the sales representative called to confirm all the details, after giving them all the details of the goods they finally gave me the quote of the 20 ft. container they advise to use the 20 FT container and the service is from Door to door. SFL arranged the movers to pack the items needed and finally it was packed and shipped on time. The rates were convenient compared to other shipping companies. I finally chose SFL and as they advise on how to pack the goods to avoid damages, we did it all. In all the process at the origin the operation team was very helpful, they kept on checking from time to time if the packaging went good. I am impressed with their work. Finally after the container was picked up, the documentation team called for the documents needed and they helped and completed it right away. I did not have to call them or check if they would need anything since they had checked and told upfront what would be needed at the origin and at the destination.The container finally arrived after 3 months and 1 week before the container arrived. SFL India has called and asked for all  the documents they need to clear the goods. SFL has picked the container on time and they did deliver as per the service we have signed off on. I am quite impressed with their work and I am happy with their service. I would advise to use SFL worldwide to all my friends and family. I would like to thank them as well for the service they gave and for helping from origin till it gets delivered. At first I was scared to ship the packages since it is my first time shipping the goods but after I got a call and after they let me know what would be needed and what should we do to ship it made it easier for me to pack the items and to hand them over to them for shipping further.
