Lost part of my shipment and damaged the other; Compensation offered. I am updating this review after discussion with the Company. Brief history: I had arranged for one suitcase and a cardboard box to be shipped from the US to India. The suitcase was lost in transit and though information was provided to the Company, they have accepted the wrong suitcase and sent it across to me. Am precluded from filing a claim with the transit shipper. Cardboard box was received in damaged condition with items missing. After long discussion, the Company has offered to provide me with compensation as they claim they are unable to do anything else. Have accepted the same and am updating the review to reflect the true facts.

I would like to thank SFL worldwide for shipping my goods from the USA to INDIA without having any issues. SFL worldwide has provided a great service everything was smooth from the pickup till the shipment got delivered. The sales agent were responsive, in a very short time, they could send the movers to pick up the packages, and then it was delivered to their warehouse in Dallas, TX and it was loaded in the container and ship to India. The tracking was updated properly on the website which I did not need to worry and after the shipment reached India, their team was quick to complete all the paperwork, and finally, they did schedule the delivery which was delivered properly. I would love to use SFL worldwide again and I really appreciate the service they provided. EXCELLENT WORK!

Sent 5 boxes from Indiana to Bangalore and it arrived within 4 months in perfect shape. Pick up and delivery was easy and hassle free. 1 box was exchanged during delivery but was solved by Mr. Mohnish and I got back my box in good shape.

I was scared when one of my package was missing but after few emails and phone conversation with SFL executives, they were able to track my package and delivered to me after few weeks. I also would like to thank Mr. Mohnish Nair who help me and communicate the status of my missing package. I’m very happy with SFL Services.

Got very good service for shipping to India. I have shipped85 inch TV and it took just4 months to deliver TV in Kerala, India. Nirav gave rates all inclusive for sea shipping and as promised TV was delivered on time without damage.superb service..

I have received all my goods on time and in very good condition. I have done a full 20ft container from Michigan to Faridabad. My goods reached on time in 3.5 months with no damage. Punit in USA helped with very reasonable quote and the process was very smooth for booking. Packing was also done in a very good way. Clearance process in India was also very smooth by Prashant.
