Recently received my cargo all in impeccable condition. Remarkable and professional service by team Sfl. To start with Mamta would like to thank her to for explaining entire process from estimating volume to end-to-end process. About packer and loader, they maintained good time sense and quite transparent in estimation process as well. We had little delay in getting container at our door but that gave me enough time to prep my cargo and have it read on curb side to prompt loading. At destination process was straight forward I had to ship my documents for clearance and upon clearance shipment was delivered at my door. Delivery team was also polite and followed instruction very well. we are absolutely delighted with moving experience with SFL and if even needed again will surely choose SFL.

I am the first time customer and I wanted to ship a parcel from India to USA. Thats why I contacted the customer care and I am really saddened by their customer care service. The customer care person was really rude and very arrogant. I am the first time customer. I wanted to know the process to send a shipment from india to usa. And I asked a simple question.- " What will happen if my package is lost in transit?". " What will happen if I receive tampered package at the reciever end ?". And he replied very rudely. - "I don't know what will happen, it is the claims department job, I am just a customer care enquiry person ". Also after that he started shouting on me and talked rudely and finally I had to disconnect the call. He said :- " I cannot say anything " Do they honestly think after recieving such a reply , fresh customers would gain the trust in SFL worldwide. How could they assure the customer of their package. This was the first time I tried to contacted them and the first talk went in heated argument. It seems like SFL worldwide do NOT want new customers to join. And this way the company would go on losing new customers just because of their customer care person. It is very bad , that a customer like me wants to make the first purchase of the service and the company rejects that customer rudely. Now they leave me no other option just to look for some other courier service. Please stay away from this courier service. SFL worldwide

While the pickup was hassle-free, getting the shipments delivered didn’t exclude frustration. They missed one of the boxes and asked me to raise a claim. After seeking a tracing effort through email, the box got found and delivered.

Recently i shipped nearly 14 boxes and it reached india highly safe and secure. The TV package was excellently packed in wooden boxes and it reached highly secure manner. This is second shipment i did from USA to chennai. The only issue was delay, this probably due to covid condition. Shashvat is my sale person who help an did fantastic estimation with minimal cost. He followed with me till shipment reached india. Prashant who is local india person from SFL helped me a lot on explaination on custom clearence process and help me to get my orignal passport safe. Remember you need to send original passport for customs clearenace GOI, for Relocation cases. Apprecaiate both Sashvat, Prashant and Sausmin and other who helped a lot to bring back all my stuff from USA to chennai without any loss or damage. I Suggest to go with SFL, but my recommendation is you should have good packing from your end.
