I ordered a laptop 12 years ago from XOTIC PC, and its time to upgrade my then, "top of the line", to TODAY'S top of the line! I got distracted by a big box stores promise of fast delivery and ordered from them. Couldn't customize it, but it had 'most' of what I wanted. It DID arrive in 3 days - but two items - one CRITICAL - the webcam, was broken. So, sent it back and ordered where I should have from the get go. My experience has been awesome with XOTIC PC and I look forward to my new laptop! BTW, bottom line, the pricing and extra goodies with EXACTLY what I wanted turned out cheaper than the big box computer.

I'd say the experience was simple and direct. I had an idea of what I wanted and to be honest for my first gaming computer I'm pretty excited to test it out on VR and see how it handles. Buying was simple and the fact I was able to customize the computer is always a plus. So I would definitely recommend this company.

I have never done anything with gaming PC’s before and only found this site due to a friend recommending it to me. At first it was very overwhelming but eventually i was able to get a handle on everything and order a custom PC quite easily. Would recommend for anyone and if they’re overwhelmed the site does offer to help you.

I did not know which Desktop to get or anything about the specs to choose for beginner streamer and gamer so the customer service was really helpful and considerate of what I was looking for. Excellent service and quick response !

Configurator is probably the best of any PC mod shop I've found in the US or UK. Excellent range of choices; new tech comes available sooner than most other shops.

Super easy to order and really clear about costs & the different aspects of the computer you could upgrade. my boyfriend got his laptop from here and he loves it so I bought a desktop.
