Overall a good experience but I was a little disappointed when I sent a question about the item I was shipping for that I never heard back about. I will complete a more extensive review after I receive my order.

It was my first time buying a gaming laptop and overall my experience went pretty well. I understood what I was looking at and what was offered to me as far as products offered and the possible customization that can be done. I didn’t purchase a rush delivery as you can’t rush quality but I’m excited to get my hands on my laptop! Very helpful staff and customer service. Highly recommend the XOTIC team!

I have gotten an awesome deal on a new laptop. The ordering process was super easy. Although I felt the navigation of selecting different peripherals while using a mobile device could use a little cleaning up. The experience was top notch. Customer service was there to answer my questions and were amazing and went above and beyond expectations. When I need to replace my desktop I will definitely be returning. Thank you Xotic PC

Xotic PC is a great Partner. They were able to build the PC to my specs and my gaming has gone up a level because of them!

Received my laptop from Xotic and within the first weekend i noticed it was overheating and failing a fantest. I RMA'd it and this did not resolve my issue. A 2nd RMA (Xotic sent me directly to MSI) still did not fix my issues. I am now left with a device which heats up to an unusable level and Xotic refuses to accept a return because i am past their 30 day return policy despite it being RMA's twice in that time span. BTW, the 30 days starts when the ship it, not on delivery. Poor company, poor customer service.

Ordered my custom built pc 2days a go. Building it at the website was easy and quick. This is the first pc I've had custom built with no I put from anyone. The experience was great. I check daily on the status of my order and even though I know it's going to take a while, some one always says hi and gives me their thoughts on my build and tips. Great company!

The experience in building the computer was great over the phone. The sales rep was quite knowledgeable, and was able to walk me through my build options and answer questions. However, one thing that would've been helpful would be if he could have viewed the builds that I created before the call in my online account. Viewing your clients builds and wish list would add to the customer experience. Also - at this point I haven't received my machine. So I can't rate you on how satisfied I am with the computer itself. I can only rate on the service up to this point. EDIT: Received my computer. I had requested it be installed with Windows 10 Pro, and instead I got Windows 11 Home. The reason I made the request was the music editing software I use wasn't supported by Windows 11 yet. I did my installation of programs and everything turned out to work fine. But I certainly didn't get what I asked for which is pretty annoying.

Easy to navigate and customize. Upgrades are good even if they are sometimes limited.
