Ordering a custom pc through Xotic is always easy. My only complaint is with accountability with products. The whole reason I made this most recent purchase is because I was sold a bad Sager unit from Xotic. My company owns 10 sager laptops, and we only have a problem with my personal notebook. 5 months since purchase, I have had to send my sager notebook in 3 different times for various issues, and it is still not functional. At this point, the after sending it in so many times Sager has given me a brand new laptop twice, and it still does not work properly. I just wish that Xotic would take accountability for a bad product and give me my money back rather than force me to send it back to Sager every other month at this point. The only offer that I've gotten was for a buyback/resale program. While I understand that you all have a 30 day return policy, I wish that I didn't have to buy a whole new machine just to be able to work again.

I have purchased 3 custom gaming laptops from Xotic pc one was a gift. The first one I purchased lasted 6 years before too much of it wore out from use to make it worth it to repair. I was an awesome laptop with the ability to play any game at 1080p and at least 80 frames. My new one is on the way, I am excited for it to come in. They are worth the price. After buying my first one from them, they are the only company I would buy a computer from.

My Asus Laptop is still going strong that is why I chose to get the MSI Crossfire for my son to head off to College with a great Computer.

So far this has been a great experience. Awesome customer service and follow up and an easy buying experience. I just ordered my laptop 2 days ago and it has some upgrades so it may be a week or two before I receive it. I’m looking forward to it and have been pleased with service. I would recommend using this company and I will use them again in the future as well.

Easy buying process, amazing customer support. There are also free items as incentives!! I have bought a pc from cyberpower pc before. It took longer to get here, and did not come with any free incentives or anything. Overall I think this is a much better deal here.
