I'm a deaf person who tried to get financing for a new Alienware computer through Dell Corp. Financing. I opted for text feature for the verification process, which the Dell Representative insisted that I use the phone, even though I have told him via text that I am a deaf person who can't hear over the phone. Long story short, I got denied the financing because I wasn't able to answer the questions fast enough due to being hearing impaired. I recently bought an MSI Raider gaming laptop. Then requested a separate invoice to add extra RAM, a bigger SSD, and 2 year parts and labor warranty. Xoticpc.com was super helpful during this process and made it very easy.

It's nice to have so many different financing options for such a high ticket purchase. It's also nice to be able to fine tune the machine to the specifications that I wanted- the big box stores gave options, but no ability to actually pick and choose what components I wanted in my unit.

I placed a rush order on 9/16/22 for a laptop. After a few days my order still showed as "ordered" so I used the live chat to inquire about the status. I was told that the pc I ordered was out of stock and it would be November (it did not show this when I made the order). So I was given a few options of comparable pcs and was told I had to cancel the current order and do a whole new order. No big deal other than I wish I had been told what I ordered was out of stock when it happened instead of me having to inquire, especially when I paid extra for a rush build. I was told the cancelation typically takes 24 hours. 5 days later my order status hasn't changed and have been told twice no more than it was sent to our admin team to process. I will update the review if things get taken care of. *Last update* the 2nd pc I ordered after the hassle of my first one ended up the same as my 2nd one. They weren't able to get it, but did offer to change to one with the same specs without having to go through a cancelation and reordering process. My first order was on 9/16/22 and I finally received my order on 10/19/22. Customer service did reach out in person to try to get my order completed and shipped, but the over all process took much longer than it should have for trying to order pcs that were listed as in stock. Changed from a 1 to a 3 star just because the customer service representatives were polite and willing to try to solve issues.

The website made it very easy to pick out and customize exactly what I wanted in a pc. Will definitely shop here again.

Purchasing my laptop was quick and easy, and they allowed me to customize it in a number of ways that was pleasantly surprising. They even sent me some stuff that I wasn't expecting. The only suggestion I have is to change the customization settings so that you don't receive the same item multiple times through different packages.

Every thing is good but they don't sell gaming chairs of gaming tables.

Everything came in good order... faster than expected... Shipping and inner boxes looked unmolested and product (MSI-GT77) was in excellent shape... WITHOUT ANY ADDED BLOATWARE (Yeah!!!)... All in all: I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR! nothing more and nothing less... The machine works perfectly!

Xotic-PC is the kind of company that once they put their name on a product, they keep their customers' happiness and satisfaction bundled with an unmatchable customer care experience. About two years ago, I accidentally found their advertisement on Instagram and decided that I no longer had the urge to build my own PCs. Buying parts from Newegg just seemed like too much of a hassle, so I went with Xotic. My new Avanger arrived  beautifully packaged and fully functional, equipped with blinding LED lights and a fresh copy of Windows. I was impressed, to say the least. But about twenty months later, the motherboard crashed and the drive followed. Given that the PC was under constant pressure from running 24/7, I could not blame Xcotic-PC, not even could I blame myself for that matter, but my lack of time and effort to fix it, led me to the point where I decided to just place this responsibility in someone else's hands, and trust me, even Geek Squad asked me if I wished to donate it. Then, just when I finally forced myself to take the matter into my own hands, I sent an email to the company requesting help with saving time on digging up the information for the new parts, when they just asked, "would like to ship it". Zero obligations, 100% free. WOW, was I surprised not even two weeks later. And the best part is that the warranty wasn't even included when I originally purchased my desktop, it was added on later as a "Limited Lifetime Service Policy" to every model ever purchased from the company that actually cares for what they sell to the masses, and if you value trust, I wouldn't spend my dime elsewhere.

First time on this site. Was looking for a laptop for gaming. Love the amount of options, customizing, and add-ons. This is my new go to site for computers.
