XOTIC PC is the best computer builder out there hands down. Know other builder comes close. They give you so much bang for your buck. They also do things the right way. I paid for the RUSH ORDER and they got my ASUS DUO out to me before the due date. These guys Kick A--.

There were so many options and customizatiosn for the laptop, but many of those choices are redundant or doesn't even support the laptop. For example, I picked UV for my cover, only to be told weeks later that they cant do it because the laptop has raised hinges.

When I started looking I attempted 3 times to purchase a computer but life kept intervening. Your staff has been helpful and understanding and I hope every person who purchases a computer from this company has the same 100% service

I’ve had such a great experience building my laptops, I’ve found probably the most options for customization available through Xotic than is available at other places, and the warranty is great! Also the upgrades are higher quality than Ive seen. I’ve recommended this website to everyone that I know who needs a strong build.

A great alternative Easy-to-use service that can save a great part of my budget by adjusting my needs without necessarily sacrificing power from the important components.

This is my second purchase from XoticPC the first one lasted me 10 years (and counting) but just can't compete with modern games. it's now time to upgrade and so here I am back to the best damn place to buy a gaming laptop where you can choose (to some degree) how you want it configured so there is less time wasted replacing thermal paste, pads, ram, etc. I will always tell everyone I meet to buy from here, the quality is unmatched and the prices are great too!

There was an issue with my order (my old computer was just to slow) not completing at the payment page so I check with them via their chat on the website. Jeffrey was polite and knowledgeable. With his help everything went smoothly. I got the order in and now I wait for my new laptop. The laptop arrived and all seemed well however it has an issue and I will now how to ask about a RMA ticket and test their 30 day return for any reason policy.

I ordered a Razer Blade laptop over 30 days ago and yet it has not been shipped yet. For the past week I have been told by three different people that it will be shipped out that day and yet I am trying to get ahold of them again cause it hasn't. I am not sure regarding the quality of there computers, but I can tell you, the customer service and shipping department is horrible. Spending alot of money on a laptop and yet been told, "Sorry about this, it will be shipped today". And yet......over a week later...still waiting for it to ship.

I found all the options fun, exciting, and so cool to share with my friends. I haven’t received my computer yet, but, when sharing the details of it, my friends have been very impressed and say, “That’s a beast!” Of course, it’s a “Beast”in the best way! I’m so excited to receive my computer and start gaming on it!! Thank you Xotic-PC!!
