The order was not delivered and I was refunded. Shame really as it was intended as a gift.

My order has not arrived yet. It has been found broken in Bicester and I haven't been sent a new one or a refund.

The order was incorrect when it arrived. The package was correctly addressed to me but the invoice was was for someone different, but did refer to the contents. I eventually found a phone number and spoke to 'Max' who asked for copies of paperwork. My correct order then arrived 3 days later but again the invoice was for someone else. A courier arrived the next day to recover the incorrect order and took it away in its original packaging, now unsealed.

Very pleased with the order was done it was easy and the price was good to will buy there again.

Delivery was awful took nearly two weeks. When i phoned i was told my goods were damaged and had to go back. It would have been good customer service for them to let me know that instead if me having to chase my order.

After looking around various websites for prices of a well reviewed Armagnac I stumbled across Spirits Kiosk. They were selling the XO at the lowest price and were well rated on Trustpilot so I thought I'd give them a try. To qualify for free delivery I added a bottle of VSOP from the same producer, and excepted a possible pre-warned delivery delay. Despite a little confusion from DPD about when my delivery would arrive it came before the expected date, unfortunately with my bottle of VSOP having turned into a bottle of red wine. A couple of emails later the mistake at the shared warehouse was fully admitted and apologised for, I was instructed to keep the bottle of wine, and my ordered bottle of VSOP came within days. All before the original planned delivery date. Very professional response and I will use again in the future.
