product arrived quickly and for decent price compared to competitors for similar product. My one grip was around communications around delivery only a 3-5 day window no tracking number ended up being away when it arrived and left a my neighbours.

Nice radiators, ordered 2 - 1250 x 450 bathroom ones. Great price. Well packaged, took 5 days from ordering to arrive. Communication re delivery could have been better.

Absolutely rubbish quality. Had a vanity unit delivered which was broken aswell.

Bought a column radiator, based on price. Slightly confusing info regarding delivery, '1-3', 3-5' etc. depending on where, but not clear which would apply. Anyhoo, no great rush, e-mail said 'processing, will let you know when dispatched (+tracking)', so waited. Rather surprised to get a mobile call saying driver was outside, at 21.30 Friday evening, looked out, wasn't! Told him so, tried to find out which house he was outside, turned out to be ~300m away, different name..... Anyway, soon arrived, perfectly packed, perfect condition. All fitted, only issue was getting stub fitting to seal, 4 attempts...........

Great product and very good customer service, as I ordered what I thought would be a good sized mirror, however I wanted to order a size bigger but only return which one looked better. They were fine with this as the first order had not been fitted to the wall, so I can return the smaller mirror for a refund as I've kept the larger one. Great service 👏

Needed a new radiator for my kitchen renovation and found this company with a big choice of radiators so read some reviews some good some not so good but gave it a chance and was very impressed with the quality and price, and the delivery well packaged not installed yet but looks great on the wall will be using them again I sure cheers.
