Ordered out items on the Sunday evening and they were delivered on the Wednesday morning. Were kept up to date with delivery, driver was very pleasant and polite.

Appalling!! I bought a radiator that lasted less than 4 years from this company and when I pointed out their apparent 15 year guarantee I heard nothing. No response. The telephone number on their Ebay account does not work. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

I bought the original shower enclosure about 5 years ago and it's been fine apart from the door rollers. Mainly due to tenants not cleaning them properly. Anyway I contacted Aica to try to buy replacements (as they come in so many sizes). They were pretty good at replying to emails but didn't have a complete set of replacement rollers. They had a whole shower enclosure they thought might be the same so I finished up buying the whole enclosure just to get the parts I actually needed. Now I need another set of rollers so I can use the new enclosure elsewhere....
