These guys are fabulous. The first delivery guy told us he thought the shower door didn't look like it would be the right one. We said we would take it and see. We took it indoors and realised it was definitely wrong. I ran outside to stop driver. He took the shower door back and rang his manager. A new one came about 3 days later. The 2nd driver we had was cheerful even though it was just about to rain and it was 7.30 in the morning. Overall I would definitely buy from Aica bathrooms again. Order was dispatched and delivered promptly. Very securely and well packaged. Unpacked and all seems in good order, all parts here. Haven't put up yet so l can't comment on use. I am very happy with service and shower screen.

Arrived sooner than expected and on a Saturday. Pretty well packed and looks like it should be great once fitted. Perhaps the installation directions could be a little bigger to make details clearer. Not a complaint in any way as they are there. It might just help people to see details such as where sealant is used during fitting.

Quality products, delivered at an exceptional speed. Delivery driver was amazing when a couple items didn’t arrive with the delivery, called the warehouse to see if there was anything more for me (which there wasn’t) - but it was all okay in the end as after a quick email to the team it turned out those items were delivered on Tuesday and were sat to the left of my porch waiting for me! As I said, great products, great price, great service.

I’m happy with the items but the delivery has been difficult. Delivery driver was supposed to call 1hr before, he didn’t. When he arrived at our home he was rude to my wife and at first refused to leave the items in a secure location because my wife was unable to move them herself. Eventually he did but if he had called like I was promised I could have taken delivery myself and there wouldn’t have been any problems at all.

As an update to my previous review, I now have the last two of the 15 radiators - along with the TRV's and a shower screen - all great!… I originally purchased two radiators and a shower screen in 2020 from this company for a rental property and the design, service and quality was excellent. The shower screen (bought in 2020) had issues with leaking through the bottom of the door - but on contacting AICA they established the problem and pointed out, quite correctly, the fitter had messed up and to make it look OK had cut part of the threshhold fitting to 'make it fit' - I did query why he had bits left over that he was binning! He hadn't noticed there were two different fittings to raise and lower the door. Once we knew the problem, AICA sent replacement parts quickly and at minimum cost (not their faulty anyway) and all has been fine since - the two radiators bought at the time have been absolutely fine. So - based on my previous experience, I have just purchased 13 further radiators and TRV's for our new boiler install as I could not find anyone else who can match this company for price, design and quality. There were a couple of hic-ups - a wrong size delivered and two out of stock. This caused a couple of issues, mainly as this is an internet based site and it seems to be administered elsewhere (in China?) and emails are acted upon very early in our morning - there is NO PHONE ACCESS/SERVICE. Stock is distributed (I think) from Mansfield. I emailed them about the issue of the wrong radiator and it took a couple of days to reply - but it was changed and a correct size delivered and the wrong one collected - all good. The two out of stock then came into stock and were delivered one and then two days after purchasing them. From my experience, the delivery company need more management - the replacement radiator arrived without any notice - until it had been delivered - and I then got a text saying it would be delivered the next day - and on two other occasions, they didn't phone the 'hour beforehand' to confirm delivery. I would happily recommend Aica and use them again - just give yourself time to get the order in before making plans - - use only the email address on their website - I had emails from Michelle who was very helpful - and be aware errors might take a couple of days to resolve! However, having saved more than £800/£1000 on the overall cost of this latest project - I can live with that.
