I ordered a stone shower tray through ManoMano which was 'outsourced' to a company based in Birmingham called Acia Bathrooms. After realising that I no longer needed the shower tray which was intact and in original packaging I sought to get a collection and refund from Acia Bathrooms. I soon realised that Acia Bathrooms are fraudsters - they have no working contact number, they do not respond to emails and their Trust Pilot reviews are shocking. It begs the question why ManoMano use this company to sell their goods! I am seeking a refund of my shower tray which was collected on the 4th February but cannot get hold of anyone. I will be taking legal action if the matter is not resolved.

Order and delivery completed in a few days so very good. Shower frame and door / instructions could have been better. The centre post needs a peg support to keep the bottom of the structure square when fitting. Some of the chrome facias could be better finished. All in all good unit for the price paid with some minor quality issues.

The enclosure they have said it does not cover the tray they said. It has cost us double for the plumber to fit it twice. No option offered. No Phone number so be careful. Takes to solve any problem. Delivery was left on the road side. A phone call would have helped.

After processing the order, the delivery very was fast. I don’t give them 5* just because the communication is poor, they don’t tell anything about delivery date, also processing the order took 24hrs. But I didn’t have any problem.

Easy to install, looks great and works great

Very quick turn round with the order. The shower tray riser is aluminium as opposed to the usual plastic which in my opinion is sturdier. The only slight uncertain moment with the order was a text saying 'We are an online shower company. Your order will be delivered tomorrow.' As it didn't mention specifically who it was from tbh I thought this might be a scam and upon checking the number it was reported as a possible risk. The message also said I would receive a call one hour before delivery, which did not happen. I have not used the product yet but inspecting the components all seems to be fine.

Aica a very much deserved 5 stars. Courier had damaged one of our bathroom cabinets. Aica responded very quickly and sent a replacement, without any quibble at all. Cabinets very good and we will definitely use Aica again
