I would give negative if possible. Customer support is simply terrible. If fact it doesn't exist. I've been trying to return an order for well over a month, they kept saying someone would come and collect it but no one turned up. Just one excuse after another. Finally returned the items to the B&q Leyton store at my own expense and now they have lost the returned items!!! I've been chasing customer support for a refund for well over 10 days and they are just treating this as a joke and giving me the run around. Extremely unprofessional and inefficiently managed RIDICULOUS company. If you are thinking of buying from them would wave a HUGE RED FLAG!! STAY AWAYYYY!!

Good quality enclosure and shower tray, at a fair price. Delivery was done as promised. One star less due lack of prompt communication as no one answers the phone. I would recommend AICA to put a person specially to answer phone calls and sort customer queries to give them complete confidence for any orders.

Ordered a full shower and screen in 2022. Advert states the 30mm tray can be used with a riser kit. Went with it but for some unknown reason I bought the riser kit elsewhere ( probably price difference but exactly the same riser kit nonetheless). First delivery came and the tray was damaged on delivery so I refused the delivery. Second one arrived speedily. The product looked great. Fitted using the riser kit as add said I could. Just over a year later and the tray cracked. I contacted the company who said the tray should sit on a bed of mortar. I pointed out that the add states it can be riser mounted and when I ordered a replacement for speed the add still states this. So we have a case of misleading information and the best they will offer is 35% refund. I had to buy from them as with tiles on the wall the height is set and I can’t find a 30mm tray anywhere else. I suggest customers look elsewhere to someone like plumbword as I wished I’d done instead of being budget conscious.

My experience was great! I found just what I wanted at a fantastic price. I was kept informed about the delivery and my product was dropped off by a very friendly delivery man. I ordered a shower screen,my plumber said it was a great bargain as it was good quality. So pleased with my experience. Aica will be my first port of call if I need anything in the bathroom department!!
