I ordered a radiator from AICA BATHROOMS LIMITED via ManoMano. The first one arrived rusty, AICA BATHROOMS LIMITED had stored the radiator under damp conditions (in my opinion) as the label on the radiator had black mould on it. They collected and replaced promptly without quibble but the replacement was rusty and the label mouldy a second time. I am now trying to get them to collect so I can get a refund; I had to buy from elsewhere as I was having a new bathroom and it was time critical. They claim to be sending a courier to collect but they haven't turned up twice as arranged. For the first collection, they claim the courier turned up and I hadn't got the product ready to return but this isn't true, I was in all day, the product was packaged and labelled, the courier didn't turn up. The second attempt was a no show, again I waited in all day.

Item arrived couple of days later than message said, but realised it could either be weather or the postal strikes. Packaged well and hopefully will suit the bathroom

Super quick delivery of a very expensive mirror came extremely well packaged and delivered with care. Hasn't been installed yet as plasters still working. But product looks beautiful and as ordered. Would definitely recommend company.

I ordered shower screen on a Sunday night while sitting in bed, the item arrived on the very next Tuesday morning. I opened hhe parcels and the items were exachow I wanted them to be! Great service from the courier.

Good recovery after bad start. Could do with a phone number though Aica recovered well which was initially a bad experience. A delivery of 9 screens which were all damaged. Wasn't thier fault and mainly the delivery company for wasting my time bringing them to me. They could do with a contact phone line rather than just email but it is what it is. Saying that they handled the returns and refund well and the replacements came quickly so been alright.
