Good quick delivery. The delivery man carried the glass screen into the bathroom, downstairs, ready for installing. Now fully installed looks great.

Radiators arrived quickly, well packaged and good quality. Ordered cast iron style rads. Only issue, you can ring the customer service telephone number - keeps saying number not recognised so any correspondence has to be via email. Would be nice to speak to someone on the phone.

Our shower screen was delivered in 2 days. No problem despite confusion on our part requiring cancellation and re-order. Also efficient delivery, the driver taking the screen into our house despite considerable weight/ size of screen.

I have used Alica Bathrooms before and found them to be an excellent company to order goods from which is why I ordered again. And they do not disappointed still an excellent product at a great price. I would recommend.

Good service and fair prices

I ordered several radiators at the same time, the price was excellent and they look perfect. On delivery Aica had sent an incorrect radiator, emailed them and they phoned straight away and sent the delivery van back three days later with the right one. Excellent to deal with, great products and brilliant customer service.

Well I’m blown away!!! The delivery was 2 days after my order. Driver contacted to say when to expect delivery. Excellent. This screen is better than I expected. Beautifully made. Sturdy and elegant looking. Cannot fault. Easy assembly ( says she who supervised by making cups of tea). Will most definitely use this site again. Cannot recommend highly enough. Radiator received 2nd September 2022 installed the following day, noticed that thread was damaged in bottom where the valve tail screws in only after trying to dry install the tail piece. This resulted in the brand new valve sustaining damage so now need to replace again. Contacted customer service, they have sent a replacement radiator which I received 8th September but refused to replace the damaged brand new valve. I find this absolutely shocking as was damaged by their faulty parts hence the 1*. Also to note twice now have received a text message saying delivery is due and that the courier would contact myself 1hr beforehand and both occasions no contact!

Payment screen failed. Asked for bank details. Paid on the bank details. Money taken out. But they say payment was not received. Then ordered another 6mn sliding shower door. Received a 4mm. Been back and forward with emails. Phone number doesn't work. Don't use them
