Ordered goods 2 weeks ago, no goods have arrived, can't contact company, phoned about 20 times, left messages and emailed without response. Seems like smething is wrong or it is fraudulent... I would like to cancel my order and get a refund please.

Avoid ! Purchased from there Ebay trading account- Showerenclosuresonline - All products have badly translated instructions, some unable to to read due to small print. Advertising 3 day postage, but marked as 48hr courier, no tracking, No communication, 7 days later the company they used dumped it half a mile from my house and watched as i tried to load a full bathroom suite into a hatchback complete joke of a company, very erratic response messages at 2am and 3am in response to any queries asked that day, have since tried to contact seller but no response

Good price and delivered on time

Ordered a radiator from ‘onlineshowers’ on eBay also known as ‘acia bathrooms limited’. The radiator has very quickly deteriorated.. The paint started chipping from the radiator quite early on, and it is also starting to leak. Such poor quality.. Really unhappy, as I didn’t expect to have to replace after 2 years. It’s approaching three weeks and I still haven’t had a reply from my two emails about the faulty radiator.

We ordered a radiator for the bathroom and it came in good time and as expected. When we realised it was the wrong size, the return was handled swiftly and didn't have any problem with communication with the company. The courier who picked up the parcel was courteous and patient. We ordered another upright for the kitchen which has now been fitted and looks amazing. Great value too. We are soon to fit our bathroom one and looking forward to seeing it in place. Well done Aica for great customer service and fantastically priced products.
