I ordered replacement ballasts, as you are one of the few companies that holds an extensive range. Good products and prompt delivery. I cant comment on any other products, as i havent ordered anything else.

The order process was simple enough, however although my card was charged, the items did not arrive when expected. I had to telephone to find out they were out of stock and would not be available until a month later. I then had to keep emailing to get updates. I would have expected the card not to be charged and some kind of communication to be sent to give updates. It should not be up to customers to chase orders.

Fast and efficient service

Easy to order with this company,however,I ordered the wrong items and had to reorder.The process was without difficulty and when I returned the unwanted items I received a refund,again without difficulty.

Very good company, great lights and good communication throughout the ordering process. Also were good enough to let me know that some of the items were temporarily out of stock, and would I like a refund or to wait a few days for the stock to come in. I wasn't in a hurry, so I waited. It's good to be informed of this though, as some companies leave you in the dark (no pun intended).

Good fast service, good value for money, and as an added bonus i got a chocolate easter bunny in my package.

There was a problem with the parcel service, FedEx, who failed to tell us that the delivery would not reach us because it had been damaged in transit - we learned this by looking at the FedEx website. Apparently they didn't inform LampShopOnline either. When I reported this to LampShopOnline, they sent a replacement shipment very rapidly. Excellent response from LampShop Online, but maybe they should change the parcel service they use?
